Another quality band to emerge from Finland and one that I had already heard 5 tracks from over at their myspace page and was immediately impressed. Having the hard copy for a week now, I can gladly report back that this is a belting disc. If you like the Brother Firetribe, Leverage style of stuff (maybe a ittle more AOR tinged than those two), then this is definitley one to check out. Of the 11 tracks on offer, only 2 have me searching for the fast forward button, but even those 2 have warmed on me over the last few spins. Excellent playing, with some great harmonies and keys especially of note with some damned fine hooky choruses are all on offer on this disc, so if you like quality MR/AOR,you could do a hell of a lot worse than this one.

Damn these Fins. These albums are all fine, but f*ck me they all sound the same! lol. Seriously this disc is fine. Good solid uptempo to midtempo melodic rock, but my only complaint is that there are just no highlights. It's all solid, but nothing really grabs you balls and says, "This CD is awesome!" In the end, a good one but not essential. For fans of, well, every other Finnish band out there.

finland is a fantastic country.brother firetribe land of tales prayer agnes ect are top class hard fm bands.free spirit follow the same path.the guitarist plays before with prayer(wrong address).but these guys are totally unknow.no matter this cd s is a jewel these guys are some genius.they have all understand to melodic rock.all songs are irresistible absoluty no fillers.varied cd s you will be listen listen listen never boring.at this date this is the cd s of the year 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it personal and very original melodick metal.Finnish people knows how to rock. This is the real 2'Brother Firetribe album but I am pretty sure their second one will not be so,it's logical.I find some Dare elemnts in some celtic atmospheres and the comparison with Leverage or Land Of Tales is so evident....9/10!

What more can be said......you guys have this one 'PEGGED'. Another magnificent melodic outing from the Fins......it's as though everything released from Finland these days immediately gets my attention. A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR COLLECTION....that's all I'm going to say about that......LOL!!

I would call this modern melodic rock/hard rock rather than metal honestly...in fact the vocalist Sami Alho reminded me of the vocalist of The Rasmus(Lauri Ylonen) and at certain songs you can notice some hints of the aforementioned band too..so it has that modern sound here & there..."Shadows Of a Man" is an excellent starter,"Pale Sister Of Light" is a highlight,"Radiant Light" rocks,"Cry Of An Angel" caught my attention a lot,it has rock & AOR mixed ,"Until The Night" is another goodie one & "Far Away From Heaven" is great...at the end is quite an interesting album 2 have...88/100
