OK but always lacked a proper lead vocalist and could sound corny in places (e.g. Rock In America). Not on par with, say, Journey or Foreigner.

Colin Blades (son of Jack Blades) has a solo record in place for release in 2003. Jack will help his son record the album.............................. Jack is an old fart!

From: Knuckles Date: July 30, 2002 at 7:44
Being an old fart myself,I cant wait to see if his son has an old fart influence or the young, punk ass influence of today.Lets all hope for the old fart influence

Some questionable selections on here. Especially the last two tracks. Very little from "Man in Motion" is on here and that's just wrong. "Restless Kind" would have made a good Chevy commercial but it's not the best moment on the "MIM" CD. "Reason To Be", "Don't Start Thinking (I'm Alone Tonight" or the title track are far superior, IMO. By the way, knuckles, fart influence equals flatulence.

These are their best songs??? There's almost nothing here in the same class as "Don't Tell Me You Love Me." 80% of this is bland AOR dreck. If you can still rock in America, then where is the rock???

Just love old Nightranger songs. When You Close Your Eyes brings back such vivid memories of my youth. Heard it recently after years and years and it made me smile. I couldn't get the song out of my head. I can relate to that song sooooo much!

Night Ranger are a rock band at heart but the record company kept pushing the ballads so they got pegged as a soft band but listen to the old cd's and you will hear some real good straight-up rock with awesome guitar solo's by Jeff Watson and Brad Gillis. This is a good introduction to the band's radio friendly side, get the old cd's to get the full experience. this is a 8/10 for me because the songs are really good, if not a little soft at times

ESA GUITARRA EN LA CANCION ( Sister Christian )ES PARA DISFRUTARLA UNA Y OTRA VEZ,PRACTICAMENTE LE SACAN LAGRIMAS A LAS CUERDAS EXELENTE BANDA.

Gran recopilatorio. 9/10

Great compilation with all the classics of the band,a good balance between excellent ballads ("Sentimental Street")and great rockers("Rock In America")...if you don't have anything from this band and want 2 have something from their early albums then this one 4 you!!!.90/100
