If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Heaven's Basement CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Heaven's Basement are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

So far it looks like it's just me, but I am absolutely smitten with this CD. Anybody who is familiar with my taste in music ought to know that I'm not a big fan of modern rock (i.e. Nickelback, Puddle of Mudd, Three Doors Down, Rev Theory, etc.), but here it just works. They do an excellent job of bringing in a modern hard rock edge with a vintage vibe (it's obvious there are influences from Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin). Great vocalist, a great (albeit straightforward) guitarist, pretty awesome drumming and mostly good songwriting (I say 'mostly good' because some of the lyrics leave a little to be desired). Even if you're not a fan of more modern stuff, I'd still recommend you check this one out. Favorites are "Nothing Left To Lose," "Welcome Home," and "The Long Goodbye."

A long time coming this one and to be really honest i'm not sure about it, even after a good few spins. I much preferred the more old school sound of the Roadstar stuff and even the excellent 1st Heaven's Basement EP. they put out in '08..and hence why I think the best track on here is the revamped 'Executioners Day' from the very same EP. I dunno, they had huge potential a few years ago and really were one of the shining lights, but now to my ears, even though they are still a good band, they just sound like thousands of others doing this type of stuff..
