The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular KISS CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. I got this cd from the Netherlands. Bryan Adams wrote a few tunes on this cd. Funny shit! Most of the songs are just best of material, but there's a few originals on here like Partners in Crime and Sure Know Something. All in all, it's pretty good. No Peter criss was not on drums on this cd, The Late, Great Eric Carr was.

From: nighttiger Date: November 28, 2001 at 22:45
Sure know something was not an original on here,it was first released on Dynasty. You're thinking of I'm a legend tonite.

Down on your knees , great party song, kick ass song to jam too.

From: RichieRocker Date: September 16, 2002 at 21:47
Decent album with some unrealesed tracks. The intro to "Down on your knees" is awesome , its worth checking out just for that song alone.

hey dan,,just a little type-o here for the line up on this album. as you can see,its not peter criss on the front of the album,,its eric carr, just thought you might want to change it... by the way,,,this IS "THE" best website out there for the most complete list of rock bands!! nothing else is this complete and detailed!!

the 4 "new" songs on here are great...they were leftovers from the "creatures" sessions.too bad they went unnoticed since they were relegated to this import album.they rock hard and at least 3 had hit potential..especially in the early 80s metal heyday.those 4 songs plus a good selection of "hits" make this the only hit collection worth having..other than "double platinum"

REAL COOL ALBUM....GREAT NEW SONGS...GREAT COMPILATION ALSO!!!!

From: Blue Tequila Date: July 12, 2003 at 23:01
Thanks for opening the floor back up Dan...Just picked this up. Mine only has 12 tracks-missing Escape from the Island and Shandi (maybe the songs are only on a Japanese import or something). I read this was released in Europe to reassure upset fans that KISS could still rock after the release of "Music From the Elder". Listen to Nowhere To Run then listen to Thrills In The Night off of Animalize--very similiar.

From: Apoc_DOP Date: January 2, 2004 at 19:17
This was never authorized by Kiss to release. The copy I have is from "Holland" and has the same four new songs. It is still tagged as a Casablanca record, though. For Kiss kollectors it is a great thing to have, it's very hard to find. Essentially "greatest hits + 4". The extra 4 songs are definitely worth the purchase. I have never seen them on vinyl anywhere else. Buy it if you see it!

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 8, 2004 at 16:41
Actually, Apoc_DOP, I believe this *is* an authorized Kiss release, it was just never released in the United States. If I remember correctly from the KISSTORY book, it was released in Europe because their label's home office was based there and apparently they were in danger of being dropped after Ace left so they had to throw something together quick just to keep their record contract current. Something like that anyway. The 4 "new" songs are decent and paved the way for the heavy 80s days.

From: Apoc_DOP Date: February 14, 2004 at 22:28
This album was released in a lot of countries. That does not make it an "official KISS Release". The original songs on this disc were never released in the U.S. Paul was keeping the band together here, and should be given credit. Was this the last CASABLANCA record? My copy says it is... Many outstanding debts in the Kiss Company led to this..KISS has always been a big seller in Euorope,CASABLANCA was trying to pay bills, at the expense of good music. This is a shame. Paul worked very hard here.

From: holyroller Date: February 25, 2004 at 23:11
For Kiss fans, this is just a cool thing to have. The four unreleased tunes are pretty good, unfortunately only two out of the four made it to the box set. Bad, bad cover though.

From: Aussie Dave Date: October 7, 2004 at 0:20
Whats with Paul's headband? Vey ordinary cover, but the songs are what make this album! The four new tracks are just awesome eighties rock! Strangely left off the Creatures album! The other songs we have all heard a million times, but it is still good to hear! I can't believe eight of their last twelve albums have been compilations of some sought! And that doesn't include the box set! Saw them live in San Fran early this year, still an impressive live act! 9/10.....

Nowhere To Run is one of the best songs of all time!

From: poproxx2007 Date: December 23, 2005 at 2:58
I agree with the above comment, always makes my compilations!

From: tc71 Date: February 11, 2007 at 18:47
Sorry to have to correct all of you, but these 4 songs were actually recorded around the time between Unmasked and Elder. Nowhere To Run and I'm A Legend Tonight were actually written originally for The Elder before it was turned into a concept album. And there are 2 guitarists on these songs but neither one of them is Ace. It's either Bob Kulick or Steve Ferrone. A lot of Kiss things on here need to be corrected.

Partners in Crime otro buen corte y sus clasicos conocidos 9/10

A KISS compilation album, perhaps aimed to regain popularity after the commercial failure of "Music From The Elder" (which, although, itīs a very good album to me), with 4 new tracks and a live one, serving as a warm-up for the excellent "Creatures Of The Night". Those 4 new tracks are the reason which this album is completely worth buying. "Iīm a Legend Tonight" and "Nowhere To Run" are outstanding tracks!
