this cd is the best out of all of them!!!

Can't say this is the best one because Ace just blew them all away with his solo album. But this album shows a lot of talent from our neighborhood friendly Demon. "Radioactive" is glam to the wall. The rest of the album is a departure from most stuff that Gene has written but it's all good. I like it, and you should have this if your a KISS fan.

I just finished reading The Gene Simmons Kiss and Make-up Book. It was awesome, at first I never really liked his solo album, but i gave it another listen, and I really enjoy it. a little mellow, but really good. I thought it would be heavier when I first got it and I was a little surprised when I first heard it, but now I love it. Great musician.

"See you tonite' and "Mr.Make Believe" are my choice cuts on this album. I expected a heavy solo project from Gene, but he showed us his musical influences and talents in this one, definatly check this one out friends.

MAYBE GENE TRIED TO IMPRESS US WITH THIS ALBUM!!!!! AND HE DID IT!!!! IT IMPRESS ME THE HORRIBLE IT IS!!!! SORRY DEMON.... BUT YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU ANYWAY

From: Decibel Dave Date: May 22, 2003 at 20:46
A pretty pathetic effort, though a lot better than the Cat's. The solo albums pretty much proved that Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley are the only creative influences in Kiss, with the emphasis on Paul. Gene has contributed a few good songs to the Kiss Catalog but a lot more bad ones.

From: keebler Date: May 28, 2003 at 3:50
i can't say i love this one it's very differnt it's good for what it is.

From: Metal T Date: October 29, 2003 at 21:48
This album is a first class piece of crap! The liner notes make great toilet paper and the Cd a nice coaster .Do yourself a favor and go get the one by Ace'.

From: Jimbo Date: October 30, 2003 at 1:43
Dear Metal T--Please do not call Mr. Gene Simmon's solo album crap. That is an insult to feces. In the future, we would ask that you instead use the term "big pile of goo". This phrase is both aptly descriptive yet wistfully vague enough to keep Mr. Simmons from feeling the need to write yet another mindless book explaining how great he is and how he invented things like shortwave radio and banana chips. Sincerely, Every person on the planet who is sick to death of "Mo' Money" Simmons. Thank you

From: Chris Date: October 30, 2003 at 7:51
I agree with Metal-T on this one. This album is indeed a pile of crap. I was once a massive fan of Kiss, and to a certain degree i still am, but this Simmons album really is absolute pop and his influences show on this. If you like your music sounding like an incredibly bad Beatles kind of stuff then this is for you. Garbage.

From: Metal T Date: November 4, 2003 at 19:27
Due to my serious dislike of this "big pile of goo",i am compelled to write yet another comment for "Gene's abominable waste of studio time.Did the world really need a Gene Simmons solo record?--Hell No ! I needed this, like i need to see Paul Stanley dance around like a fool onstage and in Kiss'videos .Jimbo and Chris i agree 100% with you both,we need not bow to the altar of the Simpleton Simmons !

From: Harry Date: May 19, 2004 at 11:54
Gene is the face of dirty capitalism. He's "$$$ and chicks first and only then music."I like a lot of Kiss albums but to me the guys are little more than arrogant playboys and foolish posers!

From: Big Papa K Date: June 27, 2004 at 0:37
Whoa, this is bad. But not the worst Kiss solo album (see Peter Criss). Gene tries to mix it up here, but few tracks work (one is "Radioactive). 4/10

From: Rycheage Date: July 9, 2004 at 21:17
This is more miss than hit. The aforementioned "Radioactive" and "Mr. Make-Believe" are the only hits on here. This is not real bad but not good either. It misses the mark by a mile. The Ace and Paul solos are better by a wide margin.

From: jrenato-Brazil Date: October 25, 2004 at 22:51
As a KISS maniac,I can't forget to say how dissapointed I am with Mr. Simmons.A man who supports the Supreme War Pig (George W. Bush)can't be taken so seriously.Gene only cares about money and forgot the relevance of KISS in the history of rock.I love KISS, but not Gene as a human being.

From: Jesus! Date: November 5, 2004 at 8:15
I agree with you Jrenato! It isn't hard to understand why Gene supports W. Bush. Here are two characters that just care about $$$... Music and politics are nothing but dirty jobs with such people. I like Kiss a lot, but I just hate the guys' attitudes. Sometimes I find everything about Kiss way too childish...

From: wzcj02 Date: September 21, 2005 at 5:52
Certainly a diverse album of tracks. Not very kiss-like but there are a few kiss flavoured tracks. Its mainly toned down rock. Much better than the new solo album asshole. In fact I'd say that's where it came from because it's shit. Hope Paul's new solo album more like kiss.

From: ALEXX GLAM Date: October 23, 2008 at 12:19
UN TANTO DECEPCIONANTE AUNQUE RADIOACTIVE SUENA BIEN EN VIVP

From: rick kerch vzla Date: July 20, 2017 at 15:45
Some acceptable cuts but in the end a kinda weak album ...tracks 1,4,6,7 & 10 are ok for me but nothin' else.55/100
