The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular 2nd Nature CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from 2nd Nature are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

This is a brilliant melodic hard rock CD. Each song is full of great hooks. Not a filler on the CD. The vocals are fantastic! This is one of those CDs that are hard to take out of your CD player.

Not brilliant but interesting pleasant melodick rock/aor for me.I count some filler but also some good tune.I think it's a little generic/awerage album to be a 1996 release because the music is a little dated.Anyway is a good one indeed.7,5/10

In agreement with z4roxx and shamely not so enthusiastic as Studboy...is a mix of good and bad feelings about it...good songs with regular ones..,"Long Cold Winter" starts being a very good song then comes the AORish "Down And Dirty","Will To Survive" quite liked it,"Jaime" is ok,"Life Time" has some Guns & Roses vibe to it(ala Rocket Queen kinda intro part :confused,"Take A Chance" is far the best along with "Just Why"(AOR and Nice respectively),"On Her Knees" rocks and to finish, a goodie one "Smile Jam"..decent vocals and decent compositions .87/100

Down and Dirty shows their potential to write a great melodic rock song. Super catchy and great lead guitar. Awesome track.
