Cant believe that no one made a review on this one. Its an awesome album. Oliver is a kinda unwritten page in Hard Rock history, and How he got stars like Aldridge and Mendoza to play on his release is amazing, BUT DAMN, They deliver the goods. If I were to discribe the music, Id end up somewhere between Whitesnake and the whole genre spanning from 1980 to 1992.....but the sound is up-to-date and the tracks are really GREAT. Eventhough I know the danish metal scene, I have never heard of the guitarist, but he is AWESOME. This album contains several great tracks, and I give it 9/10. A pleasure to listen to. |

GREAT CD 85/100 MELODIC HARD ROCK/SCANDI METAL with HUGE VOCALS ! Sometimes it remember another DANISH act : NARITA (the very heavy ARMY OF ME) sometimes in a more traditonnal mood WHITESNAKE/BLUE MURDER/RAINBOW or STREETLEGAL ! The playing is world class....but you already know that ! The production by JACOB HANSEN is as powerful as expected by such a talented guy ! BUY or listen to DA same old crap over & over |

I hate to say I was left bored with this album. I guess everything is technically okay, I just didn't find any of the songs interesting. Couldn't find a good hook or chorus on the disc, so I set it aside. |

Doesnot happen often but IMO geoff is very wrong here. This is a good melodic hard rock album. Best songs are Calling out for You, Hands High, Even Giants Cry, First day of our Live, Angel, Pleasure Train and Coming Home( killer melodic rock song !).Enough hooks and chorusses to be found in the b.m. songs. Great voice. 80/100 |
