Owned this CD ever since it came out, but other than the hit single ".45," I can't recall a single song off it, partly because I almost never played it, partly because the songs just aren't that memorable. The band would later shun their post-grunge trappings in favor of a more melodic, straight-forward modern hard rock sound and be the better for it. This is not a terrible album, but it practically defines the word "forgettable." Matter of fact, what album am I writing about again? Listen, you shouldn't have even a whisper of a doubt not bothering with this one. |

For post-grunge bands doing acoustic covers of '70's chestuuts, I prefer Fuel's take on "Daniel" by Elton John. |
