| Very good MHR, but NOWHERE NEAR AOTY! Doesn't come close to PC69 either IMO, but since you can find it cheap from euro sellers on e-bay, why not pick it up and judge for yourself?

| The only way this band gets into the same arena w/Brother Firetribe is if they buy tickets! Just sayin', there's this--> decent up tempo MHR, doesn't hold a patch to early Crue, then there's bands like Brother Firetribe that are actually keeping MHR/AOR on the map in places like Europe and Japan. If the europeans and asians were to stop supporting our music, it would fade away completely. BTW, check out the BF reviews vs. this band--> NO COMPARISON. Everyone's entitled to his/her opinion, but facts is facts............Jeff.

| The mass of people is no sign for the quality of the product. Millions supported the song of the smurfs, or silly handytonesongs nowadays. Sorry, but instead of BF I will go to my collection and choose an old EUROPE, TREAT, FATE... CD.

| Ok, some will love this album, others just like it, and a few won't bother w/it in the first place. I do hope, however, most on this board buy it and support the band. Would be nice if these guys really catch on and prosper enough to continue recording, as I think they're capable of putting out a really smokin' album. This was a pretty good, albeit patchy IMO, slab of guitar driven MHR. Though I firmly stand by all my comments, and don't mind someone strongly disagreeing w/me, the point about the musical taste of "the masses" is valid. Hip hop owns the day in the USA, and I'll stick myself in an insulated rubber room w/just this album to listen to all day long & forever before I ingest one minute of (c)rap....or the smurfs (LOL)! I proudly own all Treat, Fate, and (most) Europe albums as well and am likewise glad I purchased COP, though for now I'll likely listen to this one less than those aforementioned bands.....But, hey, that's just my opinion. Others are equally valid.....Jeff.

| and to add about the musical tastes of the masses i must disagree with the hip hop owns the day in the u.s. since the infusion of guitar hero rap and hip hop are dieing a slow death here!!! a buddy her in houston owns a music store and tells me the same thing that since guitar hero hit all these suburb kids are buying hard rock and metal. plus the concert scene here in h-town is almost all rock and no rap at all. and i travel for a living and see the same thing in almost all the city's. so this is a good thing for that shit needs to die!!!!!!!

| AND JUST TO COMMENT FURTHER ON THE MUICAL SCENE HERE IN THE STATES, ANOTHER GOOD FREIND OF MINE OWNS IMPULSE MUSIC IN CHICOGO WHICH IS THE LARGEST ONLINE SELLER OF HARD ROCK AND METAL IN THE U.S. AND HIS BUISNESS IS BOOMING EVEN WITH THE BAD ECONOMY! AND I GO TO MOST OF THE HAIR AND MEATAL AND HARD ROCK SHOWS HERE IN HOUSTON TO PACKED HOUSES. JUST SEEN TESLA, WHITE LION, EXTREME,ALL TO PACKED HOUSES. SO EURO ASIA ARENT THE ONLY ONES SUPPORTING ARE BRAND OF MUSIC! HARD ROCK AND METAL IS ALIVE AND WELL HERE IN THE STATES!!!!!!

| GR8 to hear Sluss!! Sounds like I've underestimated the (re)expanding hard rock scene here at home. Your comments definitely indicate the tide is turning more than I thought--> I've definitely got to say "F*ck it" to work more often and hit the HR/Metal shows in Denver this spring/summer. | Ahaha in the last years it's very easy make albums,every disc sounds like Pink Cream 69 or Pink Cream 69,the most commercial and easy to imitate sounds and style....very poor style ahahaha

| Upped my rating a bit on this one, I'll own up and admit it's grown on me. Love the opening track "A Thousand Strong" especially.
