| With all the cookie cutter bands I have heard recently, Coldspell raises the hard rock flag for(2017). Excellent vocals/lyrics, big riffs,& very melodic sums it up, with pristine, powerful production. Musicianship is up there with fellow Swede band "Eclipse". The 4th album is the charm as this cd I'm sure will make my top 5 for the year. First thing you notice is the production just booms out of the gates on this very consistent, well crafted release. The bonus track for Japan "Signs" (Acoustic) is a excellent version of the wired "Signs" as it's hard to pick a favorite track. This is a underrated band. that puts out better music than 90% of the "going through the motions" metal/hard rock releases I have heard in recent years.
