If your into Lita Ford and Ratt then you will find both flavors in this group!!

HAHAHAHAHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From: T-BONE Date: August 10, 2001 at 15:20
Lorraine Lewis is probably the best female voice in hard rock. She'd put Lita Ford in her place.

From: Tony Date: April 10, 2002 at 0:47
Great cd and worth getting. A little too polished and produced but her voice and the songs make up for it. Would have been nice to see what these guys could have done with one more album where the chains would have been let go by the record company. They had tons of potential.

From: Reno Date: May 2, 2002 at 5:55
She has a new album out called Lorraine. It's a country/rock mix. The song American Girl sounds pretty good if you're open minded. She also had a band called Snowball for a while. Here's some site's http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/snowball http://members.aol.com/ecrulz/lorraine.html

From: Drag-in-Bones Date: May 8, 2002 at 1:02
Gettin down and dirty on this one! She's strictly from the (If you've got it, flaunt it, school.) One Rock N' Roll Rebel Babe!!! Her voice Is so F'ing killer it's dumbfounding!!! You all are probably not going to believe this but I have an X-Rated video version Of "Waiting For The Big One" and a edited version too. There Awsome!!!

From: jason Date: May 8, 2002 at 21:14
I remember the video and I always wondered, could she hike those shorts any farther up her ass? Not a bad looking chick but her panties were creeping so far up her ass that they were showing up on her dental x-rays.

From: Kim Date: May 31, 2002 at 1:07
Does anyone know what happende to this band.???

From: Rockforever Date: July 23, 2002 at 13:34
I remember the video too Jason, and, quite frankly, Lorraine Lewis' ass (which wasn't half bad) was the only reason to be interested in Femme Fatale. As for most glam-metal bands, there are some good guitar licks here and there, but this is mostly disposable late-80s hair rock.

From: Kim Date: July 23, 2002 at 16:51
Ha ha, Jason. I remember it too. Damn I wish she was here now. Right here, serving me a cold beer. Im not sure what I think of the music.

From: ace Date: June 4, 2003 at 1:58
what a hot babe.i always thought of her as a doro pesch clone, but who gives a rats ass she's hot. just not as hot as DORO.waiting for the big one huh.

From: Carmen Date: August 1, 2003 at 18:40
Hey did Loraine ever release anything solo? I know she has a song called "Chains" on the soundtrack to the 1991 comedy "Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead." Anyway the tune kicks ass, sounds very close to the Femme Fatale sounds.

From: Patrick Date: August 2, 2003 at 2:17
carmen, check out http://www.lorrainecafe.com

From: John Date: August 13, 2003 at 12:39
I can't believe people think she's hot (she looks like a trashy skank), but she can sing a hard rock tune. Whoever wrote the songs knew what they were doing. Another classic MCA disaster as was the case with so many other good hard rock bands on that label.

From: robert Date: August 21, 2003 at 15:42
Con solo 2 escuchas, por ara lo encuentro normalito, ¿me destacais alguna Song amigos?

From: Carlomagno Date: August 22, 2003 at 10:48
Robert te recomiendo "Waiting For The Big One" y "Falling In And Out Of Love" saludos desde Mexico!!

From: Randy M. Date: August 24, 2003 at 14:21
Unfortunatly...this was another band that was hurt when MCA ran into money problems...just like label-mates COLD SWEAT, PRETTY BOY FLOYD,..etc. They did record a 10 track demo in 1989 for MCA that would have been the 2nd album....good stuff...killer version of "Take Another Piece of My Heart" on that demo.....Lorrain Lewis has a great voice...along with her other qualities!!!

From: CC Date: November 6, 2003 at 14:18
Whatever you do dont buy the Snowball album, its pure shit!

From: Cindy Date: November 13, 2003 at 15:38
Too bad you can't hear the bassist sing, he has one hell of a voice

From: Fat Freddy Date: December 29, 2003 at 18:54
Mmmmm...Lorraine Lewis. I remember walking into a record store and they were playing one of those "Hard N Heavy" video magazines on the TV screen, which just happened to be showing a segment on Lorraine working out on an exercise machine. Talk about a selling point..I bought the album right then and there. Decent hard rock record, Lorraine has a great voice in the Pat Benatar mold. Not too tough on the eyes either, was she?

New Release due Feb 2005,Femme Fatale-"Lady In Waiting" on the MTM Label

From: charvel man Date: November 19, 2004 at 23:14
This is where the 80's rock started to hit the C league if you know what I mean. But I still listen to it now and then because I will always love this type of music. A hott vocalist in Lorraine Lewis. But it was no surprize this is the only disc. I cranked waiting for the big one the other day cause I like the guitar in it. But this record is for hardcore hairband lovers like me only. 2 of 4 *'s

From: Geoff Date: February 18, 2005 at 1:30
This one is decent hard rock, but there are many better out there. 'Falling in and out of love' and 'Back in your arms again' are the only tracks I ever really got into on this one - great hard rockers, and the rest is just pretty average hard rock. Not bad at all, but many bands did what these guys do a lot better, and with better vocals

From: wildman george Date: March 26, 2005 at 22:58

Well yeah. Start adding a name.....when you add comments. Apart from that If you track down this cd you will get a cd with only two good tracks. The rest is bullshit. I I were you Id ratherget the Saraya, Wittness cd's. theyre far better.

From: meradona Date: October 9, 2005 at 16:12

From: hardrock85 Date: October 11, 2005 at 12:56

Whatever happened to the "new" Femme Fatale album that was supposed to be released last year?? Just curious...

From: cruedog85 Date: October 20, 2006 at 14:15
At one time in his life, Bill D'Angelo wore spiked bangs several inches high and pants tighter than a banana peel. He had guitar skills vicious enough to take his Albuquerque heavy-metal band, Femme Fatale, onto the 1988 Billboard charts and on a tour of Europe. He also had a drug habit that eventually killed him. Though his parents suspected as much, it took the state toxicology lab four months to confirm that methamphetamines contributed to his death - even though the lab was working overtime

From: aorteto Date: October 25, 2006 at 15:50
Besides amazing melodic rock songs ( LOOKING FOR THE BIG ONE, REBEL, BACK IN YOUR ARMS..., FALLING IN AND ... and TOUCH AND GO ), there is a lot of average ones, IMHO. That said, I must admit that I like it.

From: metalhead4life Date: December 12, 2006 at 20:51
Good slab of commercial 80's hard/glam rock. Definitely worth picking up if you're in to this type of music. 8/10 Backround vocals are weak though.

From: darobinson Date: March 29, 2008 at 21:16
Not in the league of a Saraya or a LAOS but not to bad. The guitar player is great. To bad he is no longer with us.

From: Muddley Date: March 30, 2008 at 13:20
Come on. Check the Rocknation Quiz. http://hardrock1.webbyen.dk/ Send me an e-mail with replies. :-)

From: rick kerch vzla Date: August 8, 2008 at 23:24
Another female fronted Rock Band that came out of the U.S in the mid 80's...the problem is that Vixen was already taking the world by a storm and other female artists such as Lita Ford and Joan Jett were having such success that there was no other place for another band of these characteristics. The music is ok typically of the "sound" that was at that time and songs such as "Falling In & Out Of Love" (semi-hit),"Waiting For The Big One" & "Touch and Go" were good among the rest.If you like girls singing Hard Rock then you might like this album.75/100

From: WookieEnthal Date: July 10, 2009 at 3:32
There are some moments in this disc when I am quite embarrassed for the rest of the band...like when Mrs./Miss Lewis does some...thing with her voice and I actually shudder and wonder what she was thinking or how/why? the producer let it through. It almost ruins Cradle's Rockin. Stay clear of Rebel!! Horrible ballad. Other than that, this is great CD.

From: WookieEnthal Date: July 10, 2009 at 3:36
Edit on above post: It's Heat The Fire that she almost ruins, not Cradle's Rockin...my bad

From: davedropd Date: January 3, 2010 at 0:58
I used to like this record back in 88' Listened to it the other day and I threw it out cause I have the 2 videos they made and that's enough from this band. This is where hairbands hit the C league. Lorraine is real easy on the eyes, and that's all this band really has to offer considering all the other choices that are available. Just not a good record. Think of the GAP between this band, and bands like the cult, king's X, or queensryche. Nuff said....

From: Delbert Date: January 3, 2010 at 13:37
M-m-m-m-m....it is extremely c-c-c-c-o-l-d-d-d here today as I sit here perched with my hot coffee and computer keys....looking over the pros and cons of this "well ravaged" CD. I see both the disc cover and band fronted by sexy Lorraine Lewis, who has a killer sounding rock voice. I have to admit, I love using that term "killer" in describing CDs I really love.....and this is a highly polished sounding hair metal CD that has withstood a considerable lenth of time since it's release in 1988. With the reissue now in the decade of the 2010's, another round of collector's will be enjoying a CD that has sometimes been compared to LITA FORD. Personally, I think this is much much better.

From: andi Date: January 28, 2011 at 2:31
only for real poser´s!Not for metal or real hardrock guys!Pussy-sound like vixen!

From: CC Date: January 28, 2011 at 19:41
I think you meant to say, "Not for morons with blinkered views"

From: 123charpenay Date: January 30, 2012 at 14:00
excellent female hard melodic rock.really excellent.beautiful voice great production greats songs.almost a classic but i recommand the reissue with 4 super bonus tracks.one is a cover of the ac dc hit "it s along way to the top"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From: hair metal again Date: July 19, 2017 at 4:28
excellent hair metal debut for FEMME FATALE with big songs ,choruses, guitars, hair and everything we love in that movement!this is very good and will satisfy all fans ,but if i try to find something weak i d say that the production should be stronger and overall Lorraine should be less in the front and just be presented like a member of the band ,for example like SARAYA did!a must have of course
