If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Nickelback CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Nickelback are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

For modern hard rock enthusiasts, this is definitely worth spending a few pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters on, even if it doesn't quite match up to its predecessor. Still, few bands in the genre today are as consistent as Nickelback and while their commercial crassness has been criticized--perhaps justifiably so--when it comes to pure ear-candy catchiness in a slick, modern, corporate-catering package, these go-to guys. Nothing on this new album is going to convert new congregants to the Nickelback flock, but those who have enjoyed the band in the past should certainly enjoy them in the here and now.

Another nice cd from Chad Kroeger and co. Lot of Def Leppard influences all over the songs (especially on "Bottoms Up", "Don't Ever Let It End"). Guns N' Roses echoes on "Midnight Queen". A.O.R. touches on "Holding on to heaven". And a terrific ballad that's solely worth the price: Lullaby. Just like on Dark Horse (which is still their best effort to me), every song is a winner.

"Bottoms Up" is my fave. The rest is pretty standard fare Nickelback, in my opinion.

This was never going to match up to the incredible Dark Horse but it gives it a good run for it's money. They've gone for a similar vibe as Dark Horse without quite reproducing the Mutt Lange magic. Still there are some cracking tracks on here such as "Bottoms up", "Midnight queen", "Lullaby", "Trying not to love you","Everything I wanna do" & with repeated plays the whole album gets better. As usual the lyrics don't disappoint & these guys continue to set the benchmark for modern melodic hard rock which exciting bands like Hinder & Daughtry have to raise their game to keep up.
