If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Force 10 CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Force 10 are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I bought this then spent years trying to find the Russia album (I did eventually). To see both the albums out on CD is a revelation and about time too! I'm not sure which is my fave, both are identifiable as the same band but again both albums are subtely different. I think maybe the Force 10 release is maybe a touch less off the wall and maybe rockier........but it's still nuts, and yet strangely catchy and compelling. None of the tracks on here are straightforward, each has it's own little odd twist and the lyrics ... "To have your lips removed well, it's still the hippest thing I've seen" ...heh odd! But catchy fun odd...if you ain't bouncing to Bastinado then somethings wrong. My Future is possibly my fave song with some great keyboards and razor sharp guitar. One for the oddballs out there haha...Jez?

As Nick says, it is great to have both the Russia and Force 10 on cd and I was the same in having the Force 10 first and searching manically around for the Russia album. I prefer the Russia, just, purely because it is a little more quirky as mentioned ('Poignant Clams' indeed), but you really should get both of them,as they are both fantastic albums. Two for the oddballs indeed mate (Nice to have you aboard the good ship Loony), but in the case of Russia/Force 10,abolutely nothing wrong with that at all haha. Wibble.
