Not as good as his stuff with Queensryche. It gets a little to techno sounding. Obviosuly his vocals are very good but it does not contain the quality of musicianship found on any of the Queensryche albums. I know this is a solo effort but ultimately all so efforts are compared to the best effors the band member has put out and this rates a solid 75/100. |

In agreement with metalmastermusic's comment...nothing to do with what he's done with Queensryche and probably is understandable this mainly because when you release a solo effort as a musician that already belongs to a band,it can turn to be more of a personal and introspective record..."Flood","Helpless"(some flamenco music moves in certain parts of the song),"Touch","Every Move We Make"(nice),"A Passenger"( ),"Over Me" & "Somebody To Love"(B/T and a Queen cover)are my faves...83/100 |
