This one's the most WestCoast album in Warren's discography. If you like Michael Thompson Band and his "How Long" you won't go astray with this album.

Not my cup of tea. Sounds schmaltzy. Michael Thompson Band? - Sorry, but they are worlds apart.

Recommended album,a lot better than his mini debut one.."Watching Maria Dance" is a nice soft track,"Private Motion" is a fave of mine,it has some Richard Marx feel to it,"Higher Power" is relaxing,"Turn On The Light" is a wonderful female duo song and "Away So Long" is a very good AOR track..Richard Marx comes 2 mind when you listen this album..94/100

Really good hi tech AOR album. One of the best. Favorites are the ballads "Turn on the lights" and "I'll take you in my arms" but the rest is not bad at all either

Some fillers. What I like least of three (Take Me Back has the potential to be the best and One Heart has two real gems - The Chosen Few and Another Side of You). Watching Maria Dance has a nice melody and a nice introductory line of keyboards (song that reminds me Southern S.O.N.S); Private Motion (Richard Marx style), the best one, good Rocker song and my fav here. Higher Power is a good one for Westcoasters; and also couldn't finish without mentioning Away So Long that it's really pleaseant to ears. Except these 4, nothing more caught my attention. Maybe If you like elegant (tacky xD) and smooth ballad listen the duet with Beth Anderson at Turn on the Light. Sorry, but in general, even with the same proposal from the others two, Average AOR.
