If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular H.E.A.T. CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from H.E.A.T. are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

A taster for the 'Tearing Down The Walls' album in April and to be honest 'A Shot At Redemption' didn't exactly have the old heart racing when I first heard it and still doesn't. It's an OK song for sure, but certainly not as good as material from the excellent' 'Address The Nation' album or the 2 previous ones for that matter. Much better is 'Under Your Skin' which raises the pulse somewhat, although unfortunately is only avaliable here on this EP. (until the super duper edition of the album comes out of course ). 'In And Out Of Trouble' is a nice acoustic version which also showed up on the 'Tour Edition of 'Address' and 'She's Like The Wind' is an unspectacular version of an already unspectacular song. So there you have it, 4 tracks of which only one is reallly worth having, unless you are a H.e.a.t completist and have to have everything

I was never blown away by H.E.A.T. originally, but once Erik came onboard, all that changed. Address the nation was one of my top albums the year it came out, which was quite an achievement considering how little the band registered on my radar previously. So of course I am looking forward to the new one hugely. This taster EP gives me a good feeling that the new album is gonna be a worthy successor to ATN. The main track is a great song, but I doubt its the best the album has to offer. Under your skin sounds like a good song, and is exclusive to this release. The acoustic version of In and out of trouble is the weakest track on here for me. I normally like acoustic takes on songs, but this one didnt excite me. Not that its bad mind you, just not great. The Patrick Swayze cover is great though. Was always a fan of the original song, and Erik certainly does the song justice.
