Temporary Message Board Closure
The company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that
would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling
to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different
platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content
(posts, user profiles, etc.).
However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere
from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated.
While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some
long-term savings.
The current message board will be closed down at some point this
Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are
reading this), will NOT be affected.

| Talk about jumping on the current bandwagon in a time when most people around the world are waking up deciding which fashion statement they want to wear in public. A face mask, bandito, or the new arc-welder face shields are all the rage. Nothing like hitting on a chick and you sound like (BANE from Batman) trying to muffle a pick up line. Your quarantine camp or mine? Tracks that didn't make it on this album include, COVID CUTIE, 6-Foot Spread Eagle, She's Been Social DiSS-ING ME". In all seriousness it's trying times for many people as I think this virus scare is just background music for a economic take-down/reset along with all the added police state layers of control. If you thought those conspiracy nuts who talk about a coming one world Government where crazy, you're not laughing anymore. Good luck to all and remember never tell your neighbor how much storable food you have stashed in your bunker when the shi*t hits the fan.
