| Creo que en este disco la voz de Jeff Scott Soto, no estaba al 100%, su voz suena desgarrada y por debajo de las guitarras. Sólo en las baladas, como "the eyes of the lost" suena mejor. Prefiero a Jeff con Yngwie Malmstten o Talisman, suena mucho mejor su voz.

| This is the 1st Pell album that I heard and it's a total masterpiece. The songs are all top-notch with superb solos and riffs. Plus Jeff Scott Soto's vocals totally rule. In short...FABULOUS !!!

| Buen disco con mucha fuerza.Sobretodo destaco la primera parte de este. Creo que la segunda mitad se hace algo repetitivo.

| This is the only ARP release I absolutely hate! 'Turned to stone' is okay, but the rest is pure shit. Double kick drums everywhere, just absolutely shit metal songs.

| By far the worst ARP album, nightmare and the clown is dead are the best songs on this cd

| Get this album for the song The Clown Is Dead. A great track, one of the best JSS tunes out there. The rest of the album is so so. Listenable for sure but no real standouts. Maybe Nightmare and Turned to Stone. An ok album in my book.

I agree(and obviously i respect every single comment and point of view posted)with Mark Jevons comment(2004)..every ARP release has its tools well set and every vocalist that he has used has given to the band the standart of quality desired  ...for me this one brings excellent cuts being "Light In The Sky" the best IMHO...then good followers are "Nightmare","Playing With Fire" the very epic "Magic","Turned To Stone" & "The Eyes Of The Lost" with that Axel guitar demonstration  ...93/100
