I GIVE THIS ONE A BIG THUMBS DOWN

From: tonikki Date: August 20, 2002 at 13:37
this is not glam.it´s something like bar-raw rock.it reminds me to junkiard witha punk singer

I have to disagree with you all. I love this CD. So what it's not glam. A little raw punk edge never hurt anything. I love the vocals and the song I Can't Follow is one of my all time favorites

Again you will hear the same old, often heard words: THAT'S SHIT! I searched for a swedish band called BROKEN GLASS --and what did I found?? This CD may have its fans as well and be worth thrown on this earth, but I like M E L O D I C R O C K!!! That's DEFINITIVELY NOT.

From: Mike Date: October 3, 2003 at 14:11
Anyone who wants this CD is welcome to my copy. One of the worst sounding bands I have ever heard. That is saying it lightly.

From: Joe Date: November 4, 2003 at 11:07
Come on, it's not that bad - ok, not a master peace in rock music, but i like the raw sound, there's cool guitars and great vocals. I like MEXICO most.

Wow, look at the people go to town on this disc. Well, unfortunately it's deserved. I must admit I'd rather walk on literal broken glass that listen to this again. In fact, I'd probably rather have broken glass in my ears than to listen to this again Fans of The Front might enjoy, but if you want big melodies and interesting songs, I suggest you look elsewhere.

good heavy rock and roll with no guts but with attitude

From: DANTE Date: April 14, 2005 at 11:39

From: dan Date: August 11, 2007 at 17:33

I agree with tonikki and Donnerjakk, Some songs sounds a little raw Rock/punk, anyway i´d call it just rock´n´Roll. I like "Long Way Home" "I Can't Follow"(My fav without any doubt!) "Better Left Unsaid" "Sense of These Days" and "Into the Light". Not great but not bad at all, and yep it´s not Hardrock. About production, well i´d listened worst productions... 7.8/10

Yeah....listening to this again and giving a more precise evaluation about it...guts???...not that much...attitude???..yes,quite some!!!...in fact put The Rolling Stones(probably the band's influence),Tom Petty,Little America & Cry Of Love in a blender and then you have Broken Glass ...about the tracks, some goodies("Back For More","Long Way Home","I Can't Follow" & "Lost And Found")...not a bad album IMHO but there are better options than this...still gets a good rate...80/100

Absolutely LOVE this disc. I bought the cassette when it came out & a few years ago hunted to replace it with a cd. Now it's easy to find lol. I love every track & play this thing often. It's unique given the era. Even though I love most of the music from the era, most of it was really all the same. I dunno who to compare them to because I'm terrible at that but there's definitely some Jerry Lee Lewis & country influence. I get a Kentucky Head Hunters vibe too(I love them too ) This is wonderful drinking music

pretty good hard rock music with a slight punk feel as stated above for BROKEN GLASS that strongly reminding me of JUNKYARD i d say and maybe a bit of CIRCUS OF POWER!the sound is ok ,the production very fine but the songs should be more edgy and overall it creates a certain rock n roll vibe but it doesnt thrill you !"back for more","mexico" the best songs i think
