While Mr.Raymond lived in Japan having Japanese girl friend,he did this mini CD togethet with several known musicians from known bands.On track 2,if I remember correctly,Paul sings and Hideaki Nakama from Hurry Scuary plays the guitar.The label which released this was not Matalmania but Teichiku records.

GOOD CD 81/100 with such a great bunch of muscians it can be bad especially with the very underated singer FRANK DI MINO HIDEAKI NAKAMAexANTHEM/HURRY SCUARY stand with AKIRA TAKASKI from LOUDNESS/LAZY-YASUHARU TANAKA from HARDGEAR-AKIHITO KINOSHITA from SABERTIGER-NORIFUMI SHIMA from CONCERTO MOON/DOUBLE DEALER-AKIRA KAJIYAMA from J.L.T./GOLDBRICK/PRECIOUS-KATSU OHTA from ARK STORM-TAKESHI NISHIYAMA from CREATUREas the best GUITAR HERO/PLAYERS/SHREDDERS from the mighty JAPAN

I've only heard the title track "Under The Rising Sun" which I found on YouTube. Like a mix of Zinatra and 1st Avenue but lead vocals remind me of Korea's Gino Lionessa.
