Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Tempest CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Tempest are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

With a "down 'n dirty" sound that simply "kicks-*ss", imagine a wicked blend of BAD MOUTH "Walk The Wire", BELFAST "Dream Machine", BASHFUL "Down For The Count", EARLY WARNING "Self Titled", HEVANSENT "Imperfect Angels" all rolled up into one delicious, tasty band called TEMPEST. The songs vary from solid hard rock anthems to medium paced rockers with a few ballads for a nice blended array of tunes. |

Agree with Delbert with the comparisons + a great influence of Rush (style and the voice of Michael Stoppa is like Geddy Lee), Good Prog/MHR/Hard Rock album, "Windsong & Fairweather" my fav tracks, 75/100. |

Yes, absolutely NOTHING!!! special about this disc, very mediocre, full of bland UN-catchy songs, that by the end of the disc start to sound like they are all one long song, don't waste your money, and don't let the price trick you into buying this, not even if your a collector, not even worth collecting, shit, unless you like shit, then absolutely blow your money on this, you deserve it! |
