Súper-Recomendado. 9/10

Great melodic hard rock! Michael Eden impresses with a real hard hitting vocal performance. Production here is pretty awesome and the songs match the sound with some great choruses and melodies which nicely balance the overall arse kicking nature of this disc. Highlights are 'After The Love Is Gone' and 'Fly Away' - almost AOR territory! But some of the less obvious songs shine as well - 'Stronger Than The Flame' is a gem and my pick 'What Are You Waiting For' with a fab riff! Recommended.

GOOD CD 88/100 good MELODIC HARD ROCK with some AOR influences ! good singer with some similarities with ROBIN Mc AULEY but with more depth and power GREAT PROD.by the busy DENIS WARD ! good BACKING VOCALS by a lot of guestAVID READMAN/DOOGIE WHITE/CARSTEN SCHULTZ who co-wrote the song "EYES OF THE WORLD" with his bandmate ROBBY BOEBEL (EVIDENCE ONE/FRONTLINE) But for me the gold goes to the GERMAN shredder THORSTEN KOEHNE (CODE OF PERFECTION/DEMON DRIVE/SABU/ATTACK) BUY IT !!!! now

oups ! PAUL LOGUE(ex CRY HAVOC) the SCOTTISH bass player is also the MASTERMIND/SONGWRITER behind the band , he's also play/write in the recent SOLO cd by DAVID READMAN(pc 69)! The drummer is from the mighty THE SHOCK and also perform with the GREAT STEVE GRIMMETT BAND ! check "DON'T BRING ME DOWN" if you need some adrenaline :GREAT GUITAR SOLO! the STEELHEART/ROCKSTAR cover is cool but not essential if you like MELODIC HARD ROCK with COJONES you like it ! hasta pronto

A good, solid melodic hard rock CD, but not the listening paradise some claim. Sure, it's worth picking up if you're into slick, polished, guitar-driven melodies, and you certainly won't curse yourself for buying it, but it's just not the kind of album that rates a place in the upper ranks of the melodic hard rock genre. Bottom line, you won't find yourself in Heaven when you hear this, but neither will you want to toss the CD from your collection like God tossing Adam & Even out of the Garden.

Man, this kicks ass! Riding with a covertible through Death-Valley while playing this and you'll see Death-Valley will wake up and head-bang with you! The voice reminds me a little bit of Robin McAuley (Stronger Than The Flame).

Great singer, average music IMO.The opening track is very good, some in the middle are also OK,but the disc is too long and bored after 20 minutes or so...but now these are the new currents:melodic metal and bay-area old school thrash. But people who must understand music must be played with a personal vein, not to copy old currents or way of thinkin'music, past is past, presence is past for those people ahahaha

This is an excellent debut and completely took me by suprise! An excellent slab of melodic rock with some really good guitarwork and above average vocals. The album blends together nicely with a slew of rockers and ballads mixed in. My faves are Judgement Day, Eyes of the World, Stronger Than A Flame and Don't Bring Me Down...this is a must have disc for the melodic rock afficiando...85/100

Really enjoyed this. Not a bad song on the whole cd & some of the highlights among many are "Eyes of the world", "Stronger than the flame", "The voice inside" & "Heaven touch me". I could mention a few more but overall this is a very strong hard rock album with good songwriting & some decent performances. Does anyone else think that Michael Eden sounds like Kevin Cronin at times ?
