If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Damn the Machine CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Damn the Machine are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I first heard this on the A&M Rockline in 92, it was a toll free number that played you A&M's releases before the came out, all I can say is this is one of the most brilliant albums ever! Polands politically charged lyrics are more then thought provoking, and the gracefullnes that he uses to weave together Jazz, Blues, Progressive, Rock, Metal, and Thrash, are done so well you are amazed that it can be done so smoothly, The album probably wasnt noticed because of the fact it CAN'T be pegged into any one genre, and was probably way to ahead of it's time, but fans of truly good musicianship will more then appreciate what Poland has put together here, and should probably look into this one, it's nothing like Megadeth, my favorite cuts off the album are without a doubt these, On With The Dream, Fall Of Order, Honor, and Countryside, but the entire album is fantastic, never taking a song off, it opens up with The Mission, which is a rocking jam, and keeps on going until the end. Pick This up

The description of the sound of the band is just as Leykis 101 said above, some fusion of different styles...some good songs in 1,3,5,7,9(nice),11 & 12...80/100

ok release by DAMN THE MACHINE and surely some great guitars by Chris Poland !their sound is like the 80 s FATES WARNING perform in the mid 90 s without being so metal and have lyrics!great production and musicianship make this one a harmless addition to your collection!
