not as full on blues as stranger. This cd is a bit lite in comparison but has some really great songs and one of the best ballads ever written in track #5 |

I think Richie Sambora is so underrated for his vocals. Of course he's an amazing guitarist, but his voice is one of the best around. Ditto for his songwriting talents. Songs like Harlem Rain, Downside of Love and Undiscovered Soul are perfect examples of how his voice and songrwiting ability shine through. |

All said and done, this is another class release from the true talent behind Bon Jovi. The album has few comparisons to Sambora's debut, yet once again I would pick this over any Bon Jovi record. A stripped back, guitar driven acoustic rock record that is another excellent showcase for Sambora's talents. I still favour 'Stranger In Town', but not by much |

Undiscovered Soul is an album chock full of great melodic guitar driven tracks, all delivered with the smooth professionalism of the vetren Sambora. Made In America opens the album's account, with a mid paced electric guitar driven anthem of sorts. Straight up, the album sounds more in line with a classic John Mellencamp release, than Bon Jovi. |

This is a good album, but it’s not really hard rock or even AOR. Undiscovered Soul has a more “heartland” feel to it at takes it’s cue from artists like John “Cougar” Mellencamp and Tom Petty. Not all songs are equally strong, but the album flows nicely and it has some gems. |

Richie, stick with your classics from Slippery and New Jersey, and for God's sake PLEASE leave your beautiful wife at home and quit bringing her to the recording studio. Dude, you are growing soft in your old age... Remember those nights in Vancouver back in 1986? Tell me you don't miss those days? I used this CD to play frisbee with my dog last night... |

First Bon Jovi-associated CD I ever had to get rid of. A very boring collection of average rock-ish songs. Nothing at all outstanding and not a patch on his classy debut. |

Sambora = feeling...buen disco de rock ni mas ni menos, sigue la estela del Stranger en el aspecto de sonido clasico, la diferencia es la sustitucion de aquelos temas mas Aor como "Father time" o "Rosie" por temas mas duros "Who I am" o "You´re no alone". Pero no deja de ser un gran disco rock americano 100% en "Hard times come easy", "Chained", "If God was a woman" (con Steven Tyler en los coros!)o "Made in America", balladas Sambora "Fallen from Graceland" o esa embaucadora "In it for love" |

Nice Album, but wrong Category! This is definitely NOT AOR! It's much more Blues- or Southern Rock Genre. |
