Good hard rock CD. Some fine tracks on this one. If I'm being totally honest I could cut this down to a 10 track CD easily and not miss 7 of these songs... and have a much stronger 10 track CD. But as it is, it's good stuff. Decent sound quality in general and I think 'Love Will Find a Way' was my fave from the album - a more commercial number. Recommended for 80's hard rock fans. I hate to make a comparison, but almost like a cross between Lillian Axe and Queensryche maybe? lol. |

Awesome melodic hard rock.Really a complete band.Productions is more than decent to be demo material(I think). They remind me to many bands so I can't write here all the names.Highly recommended. |

Another one of those under the radar groups that Eonian release decades later. That being said, this music is worthy of a release to an appreciative hardcore element who eat up anything with that 80s sound. Dr Grind were actually a 90s band but their attitude was all 80s. To me they sound like Barren Cross with a singer similar to Geoff Tate at mud-register. Two tracks are standouts: speechless that shoulda could been a massive hit, and Whisky Lover which would fit on any record by a bluesy hard rock group. Good stuff. Rated B. |
