Hello all, If you're "Looking For Some Strange" you can find it here. http://cdbaby.com/cd/jstrange

Just a jaw-droppingly-excellent follow-up to the band's highly-respected debut. The group's name may be strange, but it would be stranger if hair-metal fans didn't take to this like a nymphomaniac taking to a John Holmes-size dick. If you're looking for cranking riffs, hot hooks, plenty of attitude & swagger, and some catchy choruses with lots of big vocals, then get your hands on this puppy pronto. This is a 4-star, full-throttle melodic hard rock album, destined to be one of the year's best.

Congratulations Dan on a great job in getting this classic out. Brilliant cover artwork and the production is out of this world. Plain and simple, the best attitude driven, late 80's, early 90's hard rock CD released in a decade. Probably the best CD released since Slaughter's Fear No Evil. Dave

This is everything I look for in a hard rock band; driving rhythms, lotsa guitar, lotsa hooks and a good production. LFS has it all in spades. If you like Sweet FA, Beau Nasty, Wildside, etc. you will most certainly like this too. 9/10

There's no need of many words... This is one of the best releases for 2006, a great come back for one of the best bands from the early '90s! GET IT NOW!!!!!!!!

As a fan of 80's hard rock it's hard to go past this one. I'd probably put it just behind Sweet Cheater, and just ahead of Miss Crazy for 2006 releases. Basically, I love all 3 releases and it's great to see some 100% pure 80's style hard rock belting our ears for the first time in 2006. I probably still prefer the debut, but this is just killer hard rock, start to finish. 'If whiskey was a woman' is one of my faves. Love the sex-scented lyrics throughout too. Great disc.

http://www.rocknation.dk/?mainpage=interview/jesse_strange.php Check out the Interview I did with Grant last week. I feel obliged to support bands like that, who releases true 80's hard rock............and NOT jumpin' on the record companies wishes about NU-metal. Thumbs up for Jesse Strange.

What an album....14 years in the making...Their first album came out only 1 month after my daughter NICOLE passed away...I played the song LAST GOODBYE over and over.It became one of my fav albums..I bought this just because of snetimental stuff...Am I glad I did. This is awesome. For me this is way above their first effort.I just love this album from their very soft ANOTHER LONELY NIGHT to their head thumping SEX IS SUICIDE...10 out of 10 boys>Well worth the wait...

Wow! Imagine the attitude of Feelgood Crue or 1st album Southgang with the HUGE production/sound of Def Leppard. This tore my head off!! I liked their debut, but this one is sheer mouthwatering love! "Looking For Some Strange" and "Wildside of Heaven" (love the huge whoa-oa gang vocals on the latter) are over-the-top, "The Island Song" is pure Firehouse and "What's Loving For" is a first rate Winger-style power ballad, with an emphasis on POWER! One of the best (and best sounding) CDs of 2006!

From: WASP1 Date: September 2, 2006 at 16:10
It's getting better with each listen. Nothing new, but it's solid hard rock done right. The production is good almost a little slick at times if that makes any sense. Sometimes you don't have to smooth out all of the edges.

They are among my fave bands of all times in hard rock scene.Great killer melodick hair metal with some glam influences.Only great bands can combine excellent songs in a different and always catchy way,I hear in this work they touch some styles,to Saigon Kick to Firehouse, always in their typical sounds as their first release.Great performance of Grant Tibor as always!!!A pity they did only release 2 cds'....

strangely i ve ignored this record since 2006 (i m a very big fan of their debut album).better late than never,i receive this very rare cd today.like on their first effort they have produce themself this album.one more time the result is amazing my mark is 100/100 for the production.what exeptional sound ,clear ,strong and mixed with perfection.this record is the perfect follow up to their first effort.grant tybor have always is exeptional voice, the songs are excellent (exept three fillers tracks 8.9 and 12).the instrumental track 3 have is place in the ouverture of the cd,track 1.2.7.10 are some atomic bombs, track 5 is a super ballad, track 4 reminds me aerosmith, ect ect.if you find this raritie don t hesitate buy buy buy!!!!!!

Self produced and privately released by the band themselves on their own label over a decade after their self titled debut which appeared on a major label. They put together a collection of demos and other tracks recorded over the years into a full length album. It's an excellent indie release with lots of big, clean, cranking guitars which reminds me of ROXY BLUE and HEAVEN'S EDGE. Once again, the songs are filled with catchy hard rock hooks, big choruses and those gang-style backing vocals. I love the wall of sound and lots of attitude in the vein of HARDLINE, DANGER DANGER, Y & T and TRIXTER. A perfect hair metal band on a perfect album.....I highly recommend this extremely hard to find followup release from this great band.

after listening this very great record two more times today i can add for complete the excellent comment of delbert, that this album reminds me babylon a d (second album).
