Produced by Steve Negus (SAGA) canadian AOR.Albums opens with a great track 'I'll see the sun'. It remiends me of Regatta or John Parr. After that songs are rather just decent, but track #7 is another highlight. Moody ballad, based on keyboards a'la Stan Meissner or Keven Jordan. 'you walk on on by' and 'heart of stone' with a touch of hi-tech keyboards here and there are nice too. Not every track is great, but it is still worth getting because of others. For fans of Michael Breen, Keven Jordan,

perfect production by steve negus.great work on guitars by ian crichton for this hi tech aor cd.jonathan m is a very weak singer but his voice looks like the new wawe singers of the eighties.musically it is very strong superb rythm section!if you like device pont neuf or noiseworks this cd s is for you.it is in the same vein.like all the long island records this cd is a raritie not for real hard rock fans but for aor and open mind fans.

Agree with the comments above...good album that somehow reminded me of bands such as Silent Running,Icehouse & Pseudo Echo just to mention some(plus the ones stated above by the other critics)...vocals are kinda like Iva Davies(Icehouse)...'You Walk On By','Heart Of Gold','I Believe'(nice mid tempo),'Tainted Love'(decent cover of Soft Cell's top notch 80's hit),'Going To The Top' & 'Don't Forget Me' are the ones that caught my attention...a good choice if u pick this up! .92/100

hey! Where's my comment here!? it was deleted!!.. well, I agree with my French friend 123charpenay, the voice reminds me of Philip Oakey, The Human League' singer, some good songs like tracks 1, 4, 7, 11. Good. obscure power pop. btw, Nothing to do with AOR!!!! 83/100

ok release by JONATHAN M with the contribution of SAGA members!this is a combo of pop rock, new wave and some art rock!imagine a poppier and more aorish MISSION or something like that!the musicianship is excellent ,the songs pretty good but the voice isnt as appropriate!'you walk on by' ,'i believe' are the highlights of this one!not essential by any means but a good light addition

i can add that track 8 'tainted love' is a cover (playing live by scorpions in 2012 in my town lyon).and track 9 'going to the top' is a real hit .if radios had some taste,(i dream),they will played this bomb ten times by day!!!!!!!!!!!

Very, very weak singer. Some great keyboard and guitar work. Nice drumsound, but overall it sounds more like a demo than an actual album.
