For Godīs sake! What a mindblowing album is this! Itīs a big fortune to have artists who still compose incredible strong melodic albums like this one. Mind that we are living in 2007! 9/10. |

Out 'bloody' standing mate! Only February and unless something mind-blowingly brilliant comes along in 2007 this is definitely gonna be my album of the year! 2007? What am I talking about, these guys bring me right back to when rock music was at it's peak. Modern production with a classic sound, I friggin' love it!! Can't wait to hear more AND SOON! 9/10 |

I really feel it's my duty to bring this back down to earth a little. The album starts of excellently with the verses of 'Spellbound' sounding like prime Final Frontier, but then the chorus hits and it's awful. IMO the songs afterwards range between ok and blatant filler. Only the last track manages to spark any interest again. This album isn't awful, just sounds like a release the genre could easily have done without. Extremely average. IMO. |

I really feel it's my duty to bring Geoff down a little. YOU'RE TALKING CRAP! You must be confusing this album with some other release because there are NO fillers on this album, just greatly entertaining songs from beginning to end. You're also completely wrong about Stormzone's relevance to the genre. It's essential to have bands like this in our midst, especially brilliant musicians who feel compelled to give us a taste of what recent bands have destroyed, FEEL GOOD ROCK!! Get a life Geoff. |

sorry alamo, but i agree with geoff on this 1! i love the genre as well but this just does not do it for me. this is average at best and the songs are boring as hell! if this is the best they have than they better quit! 6/10 sluss oooooooooooooooooooooooout! |

Ahaha is this 2007 or 1987 release?I think the second choice.Very average disc, horrible sound to be a 2007 recording, the voice is too high and close to Rob Moratti style with also his horrible voice effects..."Sky High"is the only great song here, the rest is very average and not memorable...7/10??? |

GREAT CD 88/100 VERY GOOD MELODIC METAL singer John Harv Harbinson (exDEN OF THIEVES now with the new FASTWAY )is an absolute killer and yes his got a very high pitch vocal style which is good ! The band is very tight and the production very good too The songs are great with a mix between classic&more actual GOOD BRIT MELODIC METAL I just sawthem at the FIREFEST IV pre-show one week ago and they gave a very solid performance especially Mr Harbinson BUY IT NOW or listen to grind forever |

STORMZONE is a five piece band from Ireland of all places and they play powerful 80s melodic hardrock with AOR traces........ and they do it good. They mix a sound that reminds me of British melodic hardrock with traces of US AOR. Their sound has strong influences from bands such as PRAYING MANTIS, WHITE SNAKE, RAINBOW, TOBRUK, STATETROOPER and JOURNEY. I love the melodies filled with solid hooklines and powerful choruses with classy background vocals. In spite of some of the previous reviews, I did like this one alot. |

very good debut for STORMZONE and i totally agree with Delbert in his comparisons and especially with PRAYING MANTIS &STATETROOPER!guitar driven hard rock music with strong melodic lines and decent musicianship that wont let you down but not blow your mind either !"strangerthings happened","rock on through the night","call of the wild" and "tuggin at my heartstrings" are the highlights !good stuff from a band that i had the chance to catch live at this era and they were pretty good as well |
