Average album for me sorry, si quieres algo de el el anterior es el recomendable aca como que no tiene un patron definido algunos temas simpaticos pero en conjunto le falta.

This is Steve Thomson's best album, and indeed one of the best Melodic Hard-Rock/AOR albums of the early 90's. "Hot Cherie" is, to me, the best track (although it's a cover of a Streetheart classic, which Danny Spanos also did). But listen to "Walk Like a Man", "Everyone Loves a Winner" and "All Through the Night", and you'll conclude there's some fine music being played here. I would compare this to Jimmy Harnen's "Can't Fight the Midnight" and White Heat's "We Never Heard of you Either". 9/10

By the way, Hardline also covered "Hot Cherie", but Steve's version is the most melodic, as it contains great keyboards from start to finish. Track 6, "Dream on", is another cover (originaly played by Nazareth).

I feel more identified with this release rather than his debut one because is more AOR oriented...my faves are "Walk Like A Man"(a catchy starter that in the chorus line reminded me of Jennifer Rush hit "If You Were A Woman & I Was Your Man"),"Everyone Loves A Winner","All Through The Night"(catchy rocking track),"Hot Cherie"(another catchy one) & "I'll Take My Chances"(the best song of the album and i dare to say Steve's)...enjoyable...87/100

the first steve thomson record is a bomb.an extraordinary cd even if the production is not perfect.the drums sounds too dry.i discover his second effort only now.after the quality of the first record i ve buying this cd closed eyes.i ve listen this record this afternoon only one time.it is enough.what s this shit?the cd start very well with a the killer song "walk like a man".strangely the choruse reminds me "walks like a woman" from baton rouge s first record.but after it s the desert.or if you want an ocean of fillers.only bad songs.the cover of "hot cherie" is a pity.i prefer the fantastic hardline s version.in one year steve thomson have loosen all his punch all his inspiration.some songs track 3 or 10 for example are limit ridiculous.a big big deception for me.
