The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Lordi CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. BRILLIANT 10/10.This is super stuff from Fin.Very good Hard Rock i love it.Nice Ballad "It Snows in Hell" but monster hit for all Hard Rockers "Hardrock Hallelujah" or super song with.Udo (Accept)" They Only Come Out at Night".For me best song "The Kids Who Wanna Play With the Dead".One on best for this year.

Once you get past the shall we say 'Gruff' vocal style & extremely naff Schlock/Horror image, there are some very very good melodic songs on show here with huge Desmond Child style choruses - Alice Cooper's 'Trash' & 'Hey Stoopid' era is not a bad comparison style wise with this. Top picks for me are 'They Only Come Out At Night', 'Hard Rock Hallelujah'& 'The Kids That Wanna Play', although I can honestly say that I like 'em all pretty much. Don't be put off with the Hype - Go and buy it!!!

Okay, I'm going to be dead blunt and honest here: I hate this CD. I've lived with it for a while now and that's my opinion. Musically, those riffs are heaven sent and it's got a razor sharp sound, but I just cannot handle those vocals. A lot of the songs would be great with a good vocalist, but IMO not THAT great. There are some great hooks and melodies, especially in 'Bring Back...' but I can generally live without the rest, if it means escaping those vocals. The duet with Udo is terror defined

Great great melodic rock = 10/10!

Sweet jumpin' Judas, this is some kick-butt 80s-style metal! Unfortunately, the very harsh/gruff lead vocals will turn off many melodic metalheads, which is too bad, because they will then miss out on some big-ass guitar riffs and monster choruses. Some folks will find this to be on par with the second coming of Christ, others will find it to be on par with one of the biblical plagues of Egypt, a sure sign that the world is coming to an end and the apocalypse is truly right around the corner.

These guys surprised me on Wacken 2003.I was without blood and words after Assassin’s performance(best concert that year with original 1988 line-up!)but their dirty melodick glam metal was interesting anyway.Don t like their look(except Singers metal insect wings ahahahaha)but your music is Ok!P.S.I did also see Bai Bang performance with great Evenrude’s covers, too!

"It Snows In Hell" temazo y mi favorito, "Hard Rock Hallelujah", "They Only Come Out at Night" (La voz de UDO es mucho mejor!) "Good To Be Bad" y "The Night of the Loving Dead" son muy buenas. 7.8/10

From: juan carlos Date: March 18, 2007 at 9:18

This is allready a true classic!!! Brilliant songs from start to the end. Enjoyed listening it again and again... This is Lordi's best so far. Favourite tracks: every track on this record!!!!

My comment now in english:...well this album rocks real good,it combines Melodic Metal with some Hard Rock added too...probably a band that at first and most likely now(even though they won an Eurovision contest not a long time ago)are not taken seriously(and i'm not talking about the band's outfits but also people do not take their songs so seriously either)...for me apart from being a wild party rock band they DO OFFER great songs such as the crazy intro "SCG3 Special Report"(sounds actually like a song ) "Bringing Back The Balls To Rock","The Deaditie Girls Gone Wild","Hardrock Hallelujah","They Only Come Out At Night","Good To Be Bad","The Night Of The Loving Dead" & "Supermonstars(The Anthem Of The Phantoms)"...recommended...88/100
