The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Lordi CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Lordi are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

YESS!! The best band in the 00's from Finland, I've got this cd and their second album: The Monsterican Dream (2002), and should buy their third: The Arockalypse. Every cd Lordi has made is a true 80's metal gem, if you haven't heard them before you should go to their homepage and listen to some songs, this band is the best!!!

Good Lord, this is some very good 80s-style metal, very much like "Hey Stoopid"-era Alice Cooper, loaded with huge hooks, rousing choruses, & gang backing vox. Unfortunately, what keeps this from scoring a near-perfect rating is the lead vocalist, whose rough, gravelly rasp really isn't suited for such a melodic-oriented (albeit heavy) band. Still, if you can get past the off-putting lead vocals, you'll hear some great hook-laden heavy metal anthems that should get heavy rotation in your stereo.

This disc is my first sample of Lordi... and I'm wondering what the big deal is. Don't get me wrong, they're fine musicians (and the track "Devil Is A Loser" is hilarious) but I wonder if they'd be getting as much attention if they weren't wearing the GWAR outfits.

Nice debut. The music is nothing new, but man they can write good songs. Favourite tracks: Get Heavy, Devil Is A Loser, Would You Love A Monsterman
