This about the same as Sin Decade. A Scorpion type sound.

From: Asd Date: March 2, 2002 at 5:09
Everything this band does is great, the singers voice is incredible, no-one sounds like him. Great songs is "Scream", "Walk away", "Psycho-time-bomb-planet-earth", "No messiah"

I think only 2 or 3 songs is good here. Rise, Dont turn your sex on me and when it all comes down. Hate the production on this one!

yesss,i'm agree with you motley, because the first line up and they first album is much more better.......

From: oldyett Date: June 26, 2002 at 22:52
i usually agree with what everyone else says on these things, but i think this is an absolute killer release--good all-round tunes, took a few listens, but think it deserves better than the 7.whatsit on the ratings---excellent overlooked band, just like d.a.d. in the category of no one's ever heard of them from these parts department---pure class

This one was really big dissapoint for me! Iīm sorry but I fuckin hate those "blingbling" bass sounds (for example in Adrenaline Junkie and Donīt Turn Your Sex On Me) and I donīt find my kind of stuff from this cd.

Of all the Pretty maids cd's I've heard so far, this one is leading in my favorites. The first 3 tracks bombard you with hard riffs and crunching rhythms. This Love slows down a little and becomes kind of a power ballad in a Signal/Def Leppard Style. Walk away is another fav tune as is In A World Of Your Own. Adreniline Junkie and Don't Turn Your Sex On Me are my favorites for the harder edged tunes on this cd. I highly reccommend this to anyone who's into the Dio/Maiden/Leppard early style

From: GlenRavine Date: March 8, 2004 at 11:26
I actually enjoyed this a bit more than Sin-Decade - the songs had more a melodic feel. Great stuff.

From: Geoff Date: November 22, 2004 at 20:00
Now this is another killer album! 'Walk away' is one of my favourite tracks ever and a melodic gem. 'This love' is beautiful too, the ballads are excellent and 'Don't turn your sex on me' is a killer hard rocker. The rest are okay and the hidden track is cool, but they're my faves of the lot. Great album. Once again, half melodic tracks half heavy monsters (Still very nice, just not as memorable).

From: Scandinavia Date: December 14, 2004 at 5:10
Here they really started straying from their former path...Wouldn't call it bad but just less persistent. As always with PM they seem to mix the heavy stuff with the soft touch...I'd rate this 8/10. The 2 last songs sounds like fillers but on the other hand songs like "Don't Turn Your Sex On Me", "No Messiah" & "Walk Away" are top class...

excellent release by this great band.once again we have acombination of strong melodic rockers with heavy riffs and many mid tempo commercial songs that show their talent in full.i really liked the "SCREAM " release cause it seems to me authentic, true and rockin.bought it back then in vinyl and i think i must get the cd too
