If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular The Tubes CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from The Tubes are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Another of my all time fave albums this one. Westcoast AOR - call it what you will, but there is no denying the quality of this one.'Talk To Ya Later' & 'Sushi Girl' are great uptempo AOR songs & are both absolute belters with the rest of the album following suit. Some of the Tubes Quirkiness appears throughout, especially lyrically, which is why this band stands out for me. 'Don't Want To Wait' is a supreme ballad & probably the best known song on show. A must have genre classic.

I agree with Jez.Good album even though maybe i would define it as a new wave pop album with aor touches here and there.Apart from the album i have a 45rpm with the song "Talk to ya later" with an interview.Limited edition and very but very hard to find single. So i must be a lucky man!!!.

Whether you’re into AOR, pop, westcoast or new wave, this is certainly worth having. ”Talk To Ya Later” and ”Sushi Girl” are killer AOR stuff, and the clear highlights of this CD. ”Amnesia” and ”Don’t Wait To Wait Anymore” are also good songs worthy of mentioning.

Absolutely perfect, this band switched gears on this release and gave the world one of the greatest Aor discs ever released, this band is chalked full of talented musicians, and here's where it works, they have chemistry, and that's the final nail so to speak, the next album is also great, but nothing touches this one.
