The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Chicago CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Chicago are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of the first bands to start the AOR movement. I'm happy they finally made HH's. This is an excellent CD from top to bottom

Chicago begins showing what makes it different from other bands from any era since the first second: their brass section. Clearly in the Jazz Rock territory, which was becoming popular in the early 70s. Lots of rhythm and mood changes in Jazz tradition from that era. Really nice tune and progression in Does Anybody Know What Time It Is? with kinda funny lyrics. Beginnings adds some Latin touches as well. Overall, pretty nice sounding release that has aged relatively well; not my kind of music, nor AOR either, but probably inserted here for the sake of completion. Rating: 7/10. Favorite Track: Does Anybody Know What Time It Is?
