Described on release as 'Little Toto', so that should give you an idea of what this one sounds like. High quality Westcoast AOR (Geoff, don't go near this one mate),with a large boot in Toto territory. Unlike some of today's Toto wannabees, Keane actually had the quality and talent & deserved to be mentioned in the same breath as the masters. Of the two Jap only releases, I would say that 'Today ,Tomorrow & Tonight' edges this for total quality, but this is still a very highly recommended disc. |

Ual!!! We have truly highlights here! Tryin' to kill A Saturday Night and Bad Little Baby Girl(Catchy) now open with great AOR style. For Hard Rockers that looking for something with more punch, You Got The Better of Me without a doubt is the song here that most expresses the Rock side of the band. My Special Way, as said before, is a very sentimental Westcoast Ballad. Amazing! ...and all others are also pretty cool. I couldn't see a real filler, but now there is no one here as good as the extremely catchy Judy. What a chorus has this one. Always remember a friend of mine, Suelen Mota, when we took the road in our travels and listend to this loud and clear! Good old days, Susu!!! In short, higly recommended for those who identify with AOR/Westcoast of the early 80's. |

I've just gotten the remastered edition of this CD and well for the likes of Toto & Alessi Brothers then this would suit you fine..."Kill Or Be Killed","My Special Way"(nice) & "Baby I'm Dead" are my faves...tracks 1,2 & 3(a rocking one) are also appealing songs...80/100 |
