Just curious if the singer on this release is actually MARC STORACE from Krokus?

Yep, sure is! I've only heard 2 songs offa this one, but he sounds pretty good doing the harder stuff!

this cd is rockin, storace never sounded this good..do it now is a killer track

From: Michael Date: June 15, 2004 at 11:00
I think this album is not very good. The songs and the guitarworks are by far not so good as on fighting for the earth or code of life. I don't understand why warrior changed their sound so much. Also the deep and brutal guitarsound is very diffenent to the older stuff. Sorry 5 points.

From: Bob Date: July 30, 2004 at 22:33
This album kicks and It's a hard album with Storace on vocals but It's only a hobby entrance (sure Is better than his "China year")so he knows what he will not do with his other "REAL" band Krokus, because the new live album with Krokus shows what he really Is made for.

From: VEGASMETAL Date: September 17, 2004 at 3:44
From a band who brought us the majestic FIGHTING FOR THE EARTH (a 10 out of 10 release) - THIS IS TOTAL UNMELODIC CRAP. The guitar solos are weak , the rhythms stink of typical American modern un-melodic garbage and there are NO HOOKS. Americans are absolutely clueless when it comes to melodic metal and have been for at least 10 years. Marc Storace sounds ok but this album is really shitty. Why listen to this crap when you can listen to PC69 , Voodoo Hill or Primal Fear??

From: Metal T Date: October 22, 2004 at 15:28
I agree with the above comments---Not even in the same ballpark as the mighty "Primal Fear"! That said ive always dug Marc Storace' from "Krokus" and decided to get this disc.Obviously knew it wasn't going to be anything like "Krokus",it is nice however to hear Marc' try to sing in a heavier vein of metal. The title track is one cool M'fer.Unfortunately,"Wars" is pretty hit and miss, the album sounds kind of thrown together. The song "Mars" is pathetic ... ----

Total unmelodic, modern brutal guitar sound?I guess i have to avoid this one like hell!I'm so dissapointig by most of the modern cds!Just see what happend to once GREAT BANDS such as ARMORED SAINT,VICIOUS RUMOURS etc.US METAL rulled back then:FIFTH ANGEL,LEATHERWOLF,MALICE, LIZZY BORDEN,RIOT,HEIR APPARENT,XCURSION(Hail),HAWK,VALHALLA(Hail), SACRED WARRIOR,RUFFIANS,HITTMAN(Hail Masters),WARRIOR('85album)etc.. The albums of the above names HAIL & KILL!Oh,the GARGOYLE s/t album has a place too

From: shoemaker Date: May 18, 2005 at 10:32
I have to agree with VEGASMETAL and perry k. Hands off from this piece of shit. Only MARS is a fine atmospheric moment on this album.

From: rene Date: May 29, 2005 at 16:17
I have to agree with VEGASMETAL, PERRY.K and SHOEMAKER, a very bad album. The only song i like is the first one, the rest are shit. I agree with PERRY K and he named some increible U.S METAL bands. Dont forget about ODIN, LIEGE LORD, HAWAII, RECON, TORNIQUET(first album), BRIDE(first 3 albums), WARLORD, STORMTROOPER....US METAL forever but WARRIOR no (even if their debut is a master piece today i dont have a lot of respect left for this band. Dont buy this, but the new BISS album(also with MARC)

From: pie75 Date: August 22, 2010 at 8:20
this is not as bad as people lead you to beleive sure it's heavier but still has some good songs marc storace seemed like a strange choice for warrior but did ok prefer him with krokus though they suit his bon scott meets brian johnson voice better from this the title track,do it now, salvation and hypocrite are good songs not a classic but good all the same
