I wasn't real pleased with this one. It lacked the power the debut had.

Basically, just about everything any Von Groove fan could ask for, all wrapped up in this neat little 10 track effort. There are no news bases covered here at all, yet there is still something here for everyone, with the band's trademark groove rockers mixed with a couple of great ballads and a couple of more modern feeling tracks. One of the band's best album's to date and a genuine return to form.

Okay, so I like these guys, and this disc in particular. Nice guitars, good hooks and catchy choruses, I'm all about that, but I got one question...are these guys on the border of Contemporary Christian? Did I miss something? I notice they have a lot of religious sounding song/album titles. I guess it doesn't matter in the long run, I still like them (I'm not like a Satanist or anything...), just curious is all...

This was another disapointment for me, only because they promised so much with the debut, and then showed again with 'Test of faith' they still had it in them. Unfortunately this does not deliver and though I really dig 'Lily', there are few tracks on the rest of the CD that get to me in an enjoyable manner. Good hard rock CD, but not great.

Mediocre ( and thats just me being nice as this guys can rock as we all know). Hope they will find there great 'old' form from the debut album on the new and upcoming and higly anticipated album 'In the shade' .

This one is really hard to give a total rate that is fair. 2 really good songs and the rest is more or less rubbish. This kind of albums are the worst to decide if to keep in the collection or not. I mean, 2 songs really doesnt do an entire album. Anayway; Believe In The One and Guns Over London are the great songs I am talking about. If you dont like thoose two just get rid of the cd (or never buy it in the first place) But theese two songs should be heard before you make a judgement about this cd. One positive thing about this release is that is has really good sound/production considering its a Z Records release. I almost have never heard an album from them that sounds all around good in production but this one does.
