We finally get a chance to hear Van Halen crank out the tunes live!!! This is a great live album, but imagine how great a live album from the Dave era would have been!! Excellent!!!!!!! |

Unbelievable that it took 15 years after Van Halen's incredible debut for a live album to be released. This is an excellent record, with crisp sound and just the right amount of audience noise. As always, the instrumentalists are both super-proficient and energetic, while Hagar proves that the years cannot harm his powerful voice. There are just a smattering of Dave-era songs, but that's to be expected. The 2 Sammy solo tracks are a welcome addition. A fine live album. |

Not a bad album, just not top notch. Pretty good production and the band seem in good form but there seems to be something missing I can't put my finger on. The atmosphere just doesn't seem right. |

Ok, but missing something, I thought. |

This could have been a better live album if they hadn't added a couple of stupid tracks like: spanked, ultra bass, finish what ... drum solo etc. Their is nothing from the early van halen days here. Big misser. Same goes for the dvd. 6/10 |

Great live album. I think the version of Jump on this CD is the best I've heard! |
