If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Whitesnake CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Whitesnake are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of the best hard rock album featuring all songs refering to love.

If you're going to own just one Whitesnake CD, this has to be the one to get. With the exception of the new song (the generic 'Sweet Lady Luck'),there is not a bad song on the record (on their last two albums there were several clunkers).Still of the Night is one of the best songs of the 1980s,while powerful blues-rockers like Crying in the Rain are also impressive. The ballads are excellent, while of particular note is the Kashmir-esque 'Judgement Day'. A great Whitesnake best of.

This is a good collection of Whitesnake's popular songs from '84 on. If you were gonna replace your cassettes with just 1 Whitesnake CD this might be enough to satisfy. I saw them last summer and they sounded good (Reb Beach handled the axe duties well). I hope they continue to tour.

Every song on here is a cracker, but the Best Of Whitesnake album from 2003 has more of an overview of their entire career. This album only covers the time period where the 'Snakes were big in the US. Still love it tho'.

wow basically ALL ur fav Whitesnake tunes 2gether on 1 cd wot genius thought of that!!!! however this is not my fave version of HIGA but still, brilliant... buy this & be the envy of all your friends

Great collection of the hard rock era of the band, but suffers from the radio edit version of 'Here I Go Again' being included instead of the version from '1987/Whitesnake'. The three unreleased songs are all good, in the vein of the '1987/Whitesnake' album. 9/10

Yes, u r right Papa, this is excellent collection. Much better than 'Best Of'. I think it's good that the radio edit version is here, I like it more than the album version..

Best of The Snake right here!!!...a good compilation with 3 brand new songs "Looking For Love","You're Gonna Break My Heart Again" and "Sweet Lady Luck"(good songs by the way)...then some classics such as "Is This Love"(timeless indeed)and "Here I Go Again"...a good album 2 buy if you do not have anything of the band.95/100

if your just getting into whitesnake than this and 1987 are a good place to start not a bad compilation i picked this up in a bargin bin dirt cheap i'm happy

some day may be they will do a boxed set, but for now this has most all the essential whitesnake songs on it. However a lot of their pre-slide it in songs should be here. also from this point on they fell off the map and disappeared.

I agree that the radio edit of Here I Go Again is substandard but it's nice that it's included on this CD for the collectors. It seems to have more keyboards and a solo by Dann Huff which isn't quite as good as the original. The songs are pretty much a compilation of their 80s commercial albums which is good enough I suppose but a more definitive collection showing Coverdale's entire Whitesnake career would've been better when this was released I think.
