a great progression for the band, dont get me wrong, great 3rd release,,a tiny bit over produced for this very raw band, but very much worth a listen!,4****

From: Dragonfly Date: December 13, 2001 at 7:58
A great follow up to their other releases. If you have their other releases, get this one. It rocks!!!!!!

From: The Prophet Date: May 19, 2002 at 8:16
Does anybody named Grim Reaper? This is an absolute master piece. Grimmett sings higher than the sky. Also some friends of mine, who don't like heavy metal, were really amazed when I made them listen to this. This gets 9,5 on my scale. The others two were too much raw, they don't get me. Also the hard blues band, Lionheart, with Grmmett on vocals don't get me that much. My favs here are I want more, you wish you were and Waysted love.

From: Desslar Date: May 21, 2002 at 15:56
Track 1 and especially 3 are pretty good in the Judas Priest style. The rest is positively awful, with screeching vocals and ludicrous lyrics. Suck it and see indeed...

From: Chris Date: August 14, 2002 at 15:20

From: Kim Date: August 17, 2002 at 1:32

From: reebboy Date: February 24, 2003 at 7:10
This is one of my favorite heavy metal albums from the 80's. Smokin guitars and great vocals. This album still sounds as great today as it did 15 years ago..

From: jayrock Date: April 9, 2003 at 3:12
One of the best metal releases ever. They got the production right on this one, this has a huge sound especially the drums. Steve grimmett can scream with the best of them and Nick bowcott shows how to play metal guitar. Everysong is brilliant especially Rock you to Hell, Night of the vampire, Lust for Freedom, and Waysted Love. If you are into straight ahead Metal this is one of the best cds you could ever buy. 10 out of 10.

From: AOR Freaky Date: December 1, 2003 at 10:16
Dear friend ED, this is surely the greatest pure AOR record ever made! The majesty of "Suck it and See" alone will tell you why this is a MASTERPIECE!! BUY! BUY!

From: Ray Date: December 2, 2003 at 23:51
What a great and classic 80's Metal CD!! A must for any collection!! Grim Reaper's final and best CD. Rocks You To Hell all the way to the max!!!!

From: red Date: February 9, 2004 at 19:36
Probably their weakest of the three, but still good. They didn't really progress that mucc at all. The production seemed to take off some of their edge. They seemed to have group choruses that were not on the the first two albums. Suck it and see was originally on the Wild Bunch compilation back in 85. It wasn't a great song to begin with and the version on this album is even weaker than the original.

From: mutley Date: March 17, 2004 at 1:40
Fantastic album - this for me is middle of the road metal (ie not too gothic, melodic, power, thrash, rock) - but just the right mix. This is everything that Iron Maiden isn't ie. cool riffs instead of happy uplifting riffs which is what this music was never meant to be ! If you like that sugarsweet heavy 80's riffing sound and don't mind the screaming fool in the background this is as good as it gets !

From: Mike h Date: May 24, 2004 at 19:04
This was probably their heaviest cd. it sounds clean and very awesome! killer tracks are ROCK YOU TO HELL, NIGHT OF THE VAMPIRE, SUCK IT AND SEE, and I WANT MORE. you will never regret buying this cd. it is still in stores!

From: rick kerch Date: January 24, 2005 at 14:46
Great album but horrible cover! Apart from that, great heavy metal band.WARNING:"NOT FOR THOSE WITH A SENSITIVE STRAWBERRY AOR HEART".

From: Kip Date: August 21, 2005 at 3:56
People complain about over-production on this and others complain the first two albums were too raw. Music like this is easy to make fun of and pick apart, from the cheesy lyrics and titles to the cliched album covers. Well, I happen to like those cliches when they are done as well as this. The production is perfect for this hook-laced, power-lunged melodic metal approach and the song structures are their best and most focused. Highlights for me are tracks 1, 6, 8, 3, 2 and 4 in that order. 9/10

From: metalhead4life Date: November 8, 2006 at 21:08
10/10 This one being the most melodic, catchy, well written, and produced. Rock You To Hell!!

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: April 6, 2007 at 11:48

From: lalorock Date: November 11, 2007 at 10:28
Tercer album de esta legendaria banda, para mí un punto menos de su clásico primer album, pero no por eso deja de ser excelente, nadie discute ya esa grandiosa voz de Steve Grimmett,Rock you to Hell este tema trata de rememorar aquel incomparable See You Hell,el cual a mi opinión es todo un clásico del heavy metal, siempre con ese grito de entrada que te deja petrificado, tambien posee temas demoledores:Lust for freedom,(grandes coros),Night of the vampire,Rock me till i die, puro heavy metal clásico.

From: Metal T Date: August 17, 2008 at 19:56
Stephen Grimmet's 'voce di testa' was always strong. His falsetto and upper range vox are pulled off with ease and he still sounds good in the lower register.Probably a dealbreaker for some but I like his voice,he definitely had the "metal voice" down .The title track "Rock You To Hell" still tears a-s!I think Bowcott works for "Marshall" now.

From: halfordhughes Date: May 16, 2011 at 13:08
this is their best album!!! very good heavy metal album!!!

From: hair metal again Date: November 15, 2011 at 1:46
excellent release by GRIM REAPER! the sound is much better thanks to Max Norman who does the production!the result is heavy rock with a certain more commercial approach and many good songs."waysted love","lust for freedom","i want more","suck it and see" are some of the highlights.this is dynamite and a surely buy!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 5, 2012 at 17:41
