Tim Fitz used to be the lead vocalist for Boyz-n-Heat. This was the band Dean Davidson started in. Remember the name of the second album by Britny Fox!!!! Metal-wolf had an album called "Beg, Borrow, and Steal." which was also the name of the single. It rocks.

i lived in jersey from 85 to 92, this band rocked live. never forget the old empire rock club, or the arch street empire. lotsa memories. still talk to friends about the song nightmares. nice to see a website for all us "old" rockers. is the galaxy or bonnie's roxx still around? anyhow the jersey music scene will always stay with me. recommended listening -

Hello to all of the long lost rockers! Just a heads up, folks have been wondering what the hell we have been up to...well...Myself & bass player Billy Riker are playing with Tim O'Donnell & Billy Lomax. The project is called Electric Jibbs because it was a spin off my acoustice duo "Jibba-Jabba". The Electric Jibbs will be appearing at the Andalusia Bar on route 13 in Bensalem Saturday Mar. 27th, 2004! Below is website to keep you informed! Peace, Timmy Fitz www.jibba-jabba.com

Oh how I searched far and wide for this one after hearing a tape ages ago. The reason? I just wanted to hear one of my favourite songs of all time, 'Steal a kiss' on CD. And I finally got it a few years ago and loved every second of it. This is very simple, but extremely well excecuted melodic hard rock. Only 'One bad turn' is almost a filler, the rest are excellent 'Baby's gone bad' and 'She's looking pretty' are wonderful slabs of commercial hard rock! 8.9/10

I'm alittle confussed. Which came first...Metalwolf or Wolvz? the reason I ask....because I have a 9 song "promotional CD" from Metalwolf that is dated 1993. Can anyone help me on this one..? Thanks...Dave

From: Roar Date: March 22, 2005 at 14:06
I have that Metalwolf 1993 promotional cd as well. Good stuff. It seems to be a very rare cd. I have only ever seen it once on ebay. The 1993 Metalwolf cd has the same guitarist and drummer, but a different bassist and singer than the Wolvz cd. There was a website about metalwolf up a few years ago that focused on the bands history pre-wolvz. Like mentioned above they had an LP out called Beg Borrow and Steal(1987 I think). I have since tried to find it but it has disappeared. Anybody have any i

Anybody have any info on the 1993 incarnation of the band? How many 1993 metalwolf cds were pressed? Thanks

From: Roar Date: March 22, 2005 at 14:17
Oh yeah, there was a different Band Called Metalwolf from Virginia that had a cd out in 1993 called Out for the Kill. These are two seperate bands.

Found this in a used store for $3. A great find. Production ain't all that and a few fillers but overall worth getting. The singer is a little weak but could be the production. Good songs and the guitars play great. Steal a Kiss and Secrets are my favs.

Wolvz is very heavy. So if you like heavy metal. Then Wolvz is the group for ya.

Very Good Melodic HardRock indeed. Oh Yeah! "Steal A Kiss" is the real highlight with a Killer and Catchy riff. "All Through the Night" and "Can't Believe It's True" are good tracks as well. Good production, some good solos. Recommended! 8.5/10

One of my all time favourite cds. Absolutely awesome from start to finish. Many years ago just by luck I managed to pick up a still sealed copy of this Rock gem. Anyway, it is just dam brilliant. Every song has something special to offer. One of the Best!!
