RECOMENDADO.

EXCELLENT FEMALE LITE AOR WITH SOME CATCHY TUNES.

From: peterpoland Date: December 28, 2005 at 5:09
This album by duo of Angela Groothuizen and Ruud Mulder is totally in Shell and the ocean, She and the band or Boy Meets girl vein. If you like lite aor, with catchy tunes, and pop production it's a thing you should own. ''One 11'' or "Livin On Love" could have been on Romeo's Daughter first album."Look away'' seems to sound like Robin Beck's track, while ''Theresa'' is more like Roxette track from ''Look sharp'' period. If you like all the artist mentioned above, you should get this album!!!!!

This CD has everything I like on HEART, ALYSON AVENUE or COASTLINE. That's the bands I would compare them next to. Every track except the last three or four is exceptional! I don't think it's that much pop productioned. My favorites are the ballads "Look away" and "Young souls" as well as the rockiest track "One 11" -- But as I tried to state tracks 1,2 & 6 are in the same quality. 9,3/10

It's indeed one among the best FF AOR like TONE NORUM-One of.. & This time, THE BURNS SISTERS-Endangered species etc. Far better than the other release which sounds a bit "newer" (of course, -it is )

Very nice and friendly Hi-Tech/AOR release...this is the kind of albums that without being a killer one puts a smile upon your face easily...Angela's voice could be like a hybrid of Holly Knight & Robin Beck..."Pressure","Livin' On Love"(catchy AOR),"Look Away"(Chicago cover,a real good cover),"One 11","Find Me(in 1999)" this one is perhaps my fave one,"Phantomime" & "Heartbeat City" ( )are the most outstanding tracks IMHO...agree with the comparissons above(Shell & The Ocean,Boy Meets Girl,The Burns Sisters and so on...)...get it!.93/100

From: Classix AOR Date: July 16, 2024 at 6:08
Beautiful album, a well done mix of Roxette, Vixen, Starship and Saraya.. the first quatrain of songs (including the fantastic Chicago cover) is the most beautiful quatrain in the history of AOR!!!!! breathless... 86/100
