I have to agree with sluss528 always liked Robert Mason liked his singing with Lynch Mob. I would have to say the quality is way better then there first cd year of the cock. This is really sleeze at its finest, Its a cd that should have been out years ago they would have really made it big in the Poison and Guns N Roses era. |

Albums like this really give you hope in 2006 for Hard Rock. Robert Mason has always been my favorite singers, he just really seems to know what the Hard Rock fans want. More of this please boys!!! Dave Suncity Records |

'Dirty girl' is my fave here, but I love this stuff. The constant, unrelenting sexual context and theme makes me smile every time. It's like a script direct from my mind. I love the sleaziness and overtly sexual vibe. The songs are good fun hard rockers with a sleazy ballad or two, Mason sounds great... hooks are on-target. Overall, just a great sleazy hard rock album and band. Recommended. |

Great! Hope lives on... I mean that there just might be a new 80's era sometime, that's what almost everyone here wants, isn't it? This cd really rocks. Even if there's "some" sexual lyrics here there are also great hooks that are SO good, and Mason has a great voice. Thank you boys this is a real GEM!! 10/10 |

From: Dead Planet | Date: March 8, 2007 at 17:00 |
Their first one (Year of the Cock) came out in only a cardboard slipcase like a promo but the second one came with front and back inserts.... |

I happened to hear it at my friend's who's crazy about them.To me it sucks -reminds me of Nashville pussy which I hate. |
From: Doghouse Reilly | Date: August 2, 2008 at 1:16 |
Overall, this is a more consistent record than the debut. There isn't a "Bad Motherfucker" (although "Rock Hard" is an obvious rewrite) or "I Want It All," but the stinkers are fewer and not as smelly. In general, I like the second half fo the album a little better, though. My favorite songs here are "Real Man," the sarcastic reading of "She's A Lady," "Dirty Girl," and "Let's Make Love." The lyrics can be completely hackneyed sometimes, but these guys just have a knack for writing insanely catchy songs that seem fairly innocent, adn then come out with a line like "Come on, baby climb on / I'm hard as a diamond," and make you laugh in spite fo yourself. |
From: 20gunsalute | Date: September 19, 2009 at 1:57 |
This album rocks out and keeps on delivering the goods! It's hard to sing this stuff out loud and not laugh, these lyrics are way ott. Although it is fun to sing Real Man out loud while driving around acting like a pompous jackass. This is old school reborn in the present, don't get much better |
