The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Catalyst CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Catalyst are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I should say this is melodic hardrock cause there are plenty of keys here in some of the songs. The cd starts off nice with the track "Crackdown/Breakdown" who has a catchy refrain."Break My Heart Again" is a good power ballad with alot of keys.Track 5 and 6 are ok melodic hardrock while "Fire In Her Eyes" is a good more AOR oriented song with a good refrain. Then comes 3 very good tracks, where "Hold On To Love" is the standout track on the album!Recommended.

What you get is brilliant 80's sounding melodic rock that blends just the right make up of keys, guitars and high pitched vocals very similiar to early AIRKRAFT. The songs are hook filled and melodious in the vein of WINTER'S REGIN (The Mini Album) and even bring to mind two other rare 80's bands, WINTERKAT and NIGHTWORK. I thought very highly of this one....
