Great Melodic Rock album indeed. You really can't go wrong with Place Vendome/Michael Kiske. At first listens this album is A Must to every loyal Melodic Rock fan. The whole album is great but 'It Can't Rain Forever' is among my favorite tracks. Beautiful keyboards, great production, 'Maybe Tomorrow' (Orchestral version) is the Japanese bonus track (good one). 90/100

Michael Kiske or James Labrie???...or is it vice versa???...never heard Kiske singing so Labrie-ish before or was the man behind the 'Dream' who took Michael's skills as an influence to his way of singing...anyway,this release has little to do with the 2 previous ones in song writing, the songs themselves sound between a mix of modern Melodic Metal-ish/AOR/Rock(is like listening to an AORized version of Edguy/Avantasia thing with a touch of 7th Heaven )...ok,that doesn't mean that the album is a waste,is simply that the album itself could be like...forgettable???...tracks 2,4,5,7,9,11 & 12 are goodies for sure but...my rate is gonna be decent though.85/100

Great album, in my top 10 for sure!

James Labrie is a great comparison....but Dream Theater IMO, is a better, more talented band so Labrie's vocals are better suited. This album is just okay for me, nothing really stands out.

The vocals sound a lot like Jim Jidhed to me!
