Great Great Great!!!...wonderful album in the same line of the debut but perhaps more consistent...Mr Kiske is singing like an angel (well he always do)!!!.The songs are truly inspired, just listen to the first single "My Guardian Angel"...the rest of the songs are killer ones too..."Streets Of Fire","Believer"(AOR at its best),"Valerie"...surely one of the best releases so far in this young year of 2009!!!.95/100 |

VERY GOOD stuff 85/100 EURO AOR/melodic HARD ROCK Much better than first one by far !!! The external songwriters brings something great to this album: variety and diversity with the mighty voice of KISKE as the link beetween each track ! Yes , it's an AOR album but with lot of balls, great playing and some contemporary attitude ! Only low point imho "valerie" average song ! But a serious contender for EURO AOR album of the year 2009 ! |

After watching the video for My Guardian Angel, I was hooked. Purchased both discs from NEH Records and received them yesterday. I agree with all above that this could be the release to beat in 2009!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voSAeEWOspM |

good cd, still like the first one a little more. but i do think mickael has found his true calling in the rock world. |
From: True Believer | Date: April 7, 2009 at 17:08 |
The standouts here are: "A Scene In Replay" (with an awesome chorus), "I'm A Believer" (fantastic, "light" AOR), "My Guardian Angel" (similar to Allen/Lande songs). Whitesnake inspired "I'd die for you" and Work of Art-like "Valerie" are also very good. This will probably be the album of the year. 9/10 |

'I'd Die for you' is a rather average cover from the Fantastic Soleil Moon CD... |

I think it's great as the debut even if nowadays every Dennis Ward production sounds a little like Pink Cream 69 but it's not a great problem.M.Kiske voice is becoming like many finnish singers but also this is not a great problem.I think many of these new aor-metal releases sound similar and this is a problem. To this one I give 9,5/10! |

I'm shocked that I haven't put anything on this yet. While I like the best songs of the first disc better, this one is just a tad bit better overall. Regardless, both are tremendous and should be in everyone's collection. 92/100 |

On first listen, I was really thrown by the extreme vibrato in the singer's voice. To me, it is really distracting and annoying. Maybe more listening and I will get used to it. Don't know. |

It's 2012 and I'm just now listening to this album and I love it! I'm in the USA...we don't hear music like this...glad I'm a member here! |

mikey2k- I am also from the U.S. , and I agree I love this site and this kind of music. The 2 place vendome cds are great and I can't wait for a new one (if they decide to make one). |

Just wanted to echo the remarks from so many. Its only recently I "found" this great band. {Thanks Heavy Harmonies" it's because of sites like THIS that show me the way to many bands I might never hear of. This band and album are incredible. Kiske's voice is top notch. PS> I'm ALSO from the USA so "finding" this band really made my year. Thanks so much. Rock On!! |
