I had a felling it meant something like that. Thanks for the translation (although I have to admit I didn't think it was THAT bad. Definitely lamer than the first one though.

OK, good rock'n roll but never exciting and energetic as the first album. Forgive me friends, I don't say that it is bad but something is missing. Perhaps because the first was so great, this one falls behind it. This is more underground. The lack of La Verdi's voice is extremely felt. I have the 1997 release so could not listen the bonus tracks. Hope to become more satistied if listen to them. So urgent need for me to have 11-16 part.Nonetheless, Gorham is always one of my favourite guitarists.

Excellent album, the best tracks are the ones with Tommy La Verdi on the mic.

This band's debut deserved a full 21 gun salute, but this sophomore effort only merits about 10 guns. Solli always sounds good, but his voice doesn't mesh with the music as well as Tommy La Verdi's did. Plus, the songs lack that extra "something" that made "Salute" such a masterpiece. Let's put it this way--when the demo bonus songs are superior to the actual studio tracks, it's a good indication that the album is nothing really special.

Don,t worry about some of the crap reviews above, this album is awesome and they have a sound Bon Jovi could only dream of!!!!! Simply 10 out of 10...No fillers on this!!!!

The opener is as good as anything on the album - a good strong melodic rock track, as good as anything from the Sons Of Angels album. 'King's Vengeance', a cover of the Thin Lizzy track is also a highlight. 'Come On In' is a solid mid paced rock track, and 'U and I' is probably the pick of the album. This is the closest the band come to the brilliance of the debut. 'Moving On' is another melodic highlight.

I don't agree witn THE ROCKER nor 9 CHAMPIONS A 1, although generally I do. This is not a bad album, this is an interesting Hard-rock piece, that has got some good melodic choruses and good songs. 70/100

This is a very good album but doesn't quite reach the quality of the debut. Vocally it is not as strong and the songs are not quite as memorable. Still good though. 8/10

I don't give a rats ass if people want to knock this album. This band and this album , along with the debut are simply a class above the majority of some very average releases we seem to be getting as of late.

Dave's talking about me! lol This is a very enjoyable cd from start to finish. What do LYNCH MOB & 21 GUNS have in common? The answer is simple - 2 great vocalists.Solli sounds great on the studio tracks and La Verdi sounds great on the 6 demos. If you like cool AOR/Light melodic rock that also grooves then this is a cd to get.The guitar work is excellent and is by no means tame on the cd.The guitars do not hog the music but stand out and shine in all the right places.

I'm a fan of these guys and really like the debut, but this didn't quite match up for me. The sound is not as good as the debut and although I don't mind Solli, the vocals on the debut were a huge drawcard, and there's no 'Just a wish' or 'Little sister'... or even a 'Jungleland' or 'Marching time'... what I mean to say, is it just appears to lack the gems that the debut had plenty of, IMO. Overall, pretty good but not great.

They have 3 albums that are pure classics - This band were pure class and it would be a dream come true for a fourth album when Gorham stops touring with THIN LIZZY.

Not as impressive as the first. When I heard it was the guy from Sons of Angels I bought it right out. Was kinda expecting more. Solid songs but I miss the original singer and style they had. Still worth getting.

Eigentlich keine schlechte Scheibe.

Another vocalist and another musical approach(grunge )and that made the band to lose its initial horizon...in fact the best cuts in here are the ones as "demo bonus tracks"("Slam The Hammer","The Picture"(nice),"Blood Gone Bad" & the AORish "Cold Heart") mainly because they still rock the house with La Verdi on vocals...from the record itself i "save" tracks 1,4(nice),5(nice)& 6....not a bad album if u are open minded...80/100

excellent 2nd step by 21GUNS ,with Solli in vocs doin a fine job!they manage to keep the quality in their debut s standards ,but the songs arent that good!overall this is a fine piece of commercial hard rock with great guitar work by Scott and some great hooks all over!"movin on","u&i","no soul" and "come on in " are the highlights!wish they had made some success back in the day cause they are truly a brilliant band!

"Come on in, Close the door, Would you please tell me how you've been, By the way, I hope you'll stay, And let the cold end where love begins." That's how I hear the chorus.
