From: 9 CHAMPIONS A 1 Date: July 17, 2002 at 10:49
En mi diccionario Español-Ingles la traduccion de BASURA es:SWEEPINGS,RUBBISH,GARBAGE,REFUSE.Supongo que alguna de estas le vendra bien a este disco.

I had a felling it meant something like that. Thanks for the translation (although I have to admit I didn't think it was THAT bad. Definitely lamer than the first one though.

From: Baris Date: September 6, 2002 at 6:27
OK, good rock'n roll but never exciting and energetic as the first album. Forgive me friends, I don't say that it is bad but something is missing. Perhaps because the first was so great, this one falls behind it. This is more underground. The lack of La Verdi's voice is extremely felt. I have the 1997 release so could not listen the bonus tracks. Hope to become more satistied if listen to them. So urgent need for me to have 11-16 part.Nonetheless, Gorham is always one of my favourite guitarists.

From: David Date: September 11, 2002 at 3:04
Excellent album, the best tracks are the ones with Tommy La Verdi on the mic.

From: M. Allen Date: December 5, 2002 at 14:14
This band's debut deserved a full 21 gun salute, but this sophomore effort only merits about 10 guns. Solli always sounds good, but his voice doesn't mesh with the music as well as Tommy La Verdi's did. Plus, the songs lack that extra "something" that made "Salute" such a masterpiece. Let's put it this way--when the demo bonus songs are superior to the actual studio tracks, it's a good indication that the album is nothing really special.

From: Dave Date: January 12, 2003 at 5:15
Don,t worry about some of the crap reviews above, this album is awesome and they have a sound Bon Jovi could only dream of!!!!! Simply 10 out of 10...No fillers on this!!!!

From: Rycheage Date: April 1, 2003 at 2:49
The opener is as good as anything on the album - a good strong melodic rock track, as good as anything from the Sons Of Angels album. 'King's Vengeance', a cover of the Thin Lizzy track is also a highlight. 'Come On In' is a solid mid paced rock track, and 'U and I' is probably the pick of the album. This is the closest the band come to the brilliance of the debut. 'Moving On' is another melodic highlight.

From: Dani Date: August 11, 2003 at 14:56
I don't agree witn THE ROCKER nor 9 CHAMPIONS A 1, although generally I do. This is not a bad album, this is an interesting Hard-rock piece, that has got some good melodic choruses and good songs. 70/100

From: tomcat Date: August 26, 2003 at 20:17
after a few spins i realized this might be the most talented melodic rock act that is the most underrated...amazing stuff on this disc especially:'kings vengeance', 'underground", 'the other side'.. great disc, buy it people

From: cruise Date: September 15, 2003 at 7:29
This is a very good album but doesn't quite reach the quality of the debut. Vocally it is not as strong and the songs are not quite as memorable. Still good though. 8/10

From: purrfect-kat Date: October 8, 2003 at 1:08
I would rather paint my toenails then listen to this boring cd again.

basura means thash

From: Dave Date: October 9, 2004 at 8:42
I don't give a rats ass if people want to knock this album. This band and this album , along with the debut are simply a class above the majority of some very average releases we seem to be getting as of late.

From: Border Rat Date: October 15, 2004 at 14:31
Dave's talking about me! lol This is a very enjoyable cd from start to finish. What do LYNCH MOB & 21 GUNS have in common? The answer is simple - 2 great vocalists.Solli sounds great on the studio tracks and La Verdi sounds great on the 6 demos. If you like cool AOR/Light melodic rock that also grooves then this is a cd to get.The guitar work is excellent and is by no means tame on the cd.The guitars do not hog the music but stand out and shine in all the right places.

Well, not bad at all.....but nothing special ! Buy the first one !!! 6\10

From: Geoff Date: March 24, 2005 at 23:46
I'm a fan of these guys and really like the debut, but this didn't quite match up for me. The sound is not as good as the debut and although I don't mind Solli, the vocals on the debut were a huge drawcard, and there's no 'Just a wish' or 'Little sister'... or even a 'Jungleland' or 'Marching time'... what I mean to say, is it just appears to lack the gems that the debut had plenty of, IMO. Overall, pretty good but not great.

From: Dave Date: March 25, 2005 at 4:53
They have 3 albums that are pure classics - This band were pure class and it would be a dream come true for a fourth album when Gorham stops touring with THIN LIZZY.

From: DIKTATER66 Date: January 6, 2006 at 15:31
Not as impressive as the first. When I heard it was the guy from Sons of Angels I bought it right out. Was kinda expecting more. Solid songs but I miss the original singer and style they had. Still worth getting.

From: Melo Date: April 10, 2007 at 7:23
Eigentlich keine schlechte Scheibe.

From: Melodic Man Date: July 27, 2007 at 6:55
Für mich ist die Scheibe eine zwiespältige Angelegenheit. Ist anders, als das Debüt und auch ne Ecke härter.Nicht schlecht, aber das Debüt ist eindeutig die bessere Wahl ! 75\100

From: mannas Date: November 9, 2007 at 22:52
ich muss melodic man rechtgeben!die scheibe kommt lange nicht an das debüt ran!aber trotzdem noch 80/100!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 11, 2013 at 17:39
Another vocalist and another musical approach(grunge )and that made the band to lose its initial horizon...in fact the best cuts in here are the ones as "demo bonus tracks"("Slam The Hammer","The Picture"(nice),"Blood Gone Bad" & the AORish "Cold Heart") mainly because they still rock the house with La Verdi on vocals...from the record itself i "save" tracks 1,4(nice),5(nice)& 6....not a bad album if u are open minded...80/100

From: hair metal again Date: May 10, 2013 at 9:04
excellent 2nd step by 21GUNS ,with Solli in vocs doin a fine job!they manage to keep the quality in their debut s standards ,but the songs arent that good!overall this is a fine piece of commercial hard rock with great guitar work by Scott and some great hooks all over!"movin on","u&i","no soul" and "come on in " are the highlights!wish they had made some success back in the day cause they are truly a brilliant band!

From: MelodicMetal4Ever Date: October 6, 2016 at 12:59
great album but I have a question...can anyone tell me what the lyrics are to "Come On In"?? Specifically the chrous... you can post in here or send it to my e-mail add...southrngntlmn1@yahoo.com

From: BDrums1971 Date: October 7, 2016 at 15:07
"Come on in, Close the door, Would you please tell me how you've been, By the way, I hope you'll stay, And let the cold end where love begins." That's how I hear the chorus.

From: MelodicMetal4Ever Date: January 4, 2017 at 11:24
can someone tell me the lyrics to "Come On In"? I have lost my case with lyrics.
