Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

Brilliant Album. featuring ex Rods guitarist, David "Rock" Feinstein.Best heavy metal album of the year it was released.Get it or regret it... |

Awesome hard rock/metal release from former Rods mainman Rock Feinstein. The Ace up the sleeve for this cd is John West (Artension/Royal Hunt)on vocals who delivers a vocal performance of Jorn Lande proportions. A very solid production by manowars Joey De Maio makes this a very tasty release overlooked by many. This rocks!!! |

Absolutely brilliant was the word and I totally agree. Excellent melodic rock for fans of Rainbow, Deep Purple and Whitesnake with those excellent Richie Blackmore style guitars, the excellent vocals of John West and some nice keys in just the right places. If you like this one, be sure and dig up "It's A Jungle Out There', David's first solo released as an indie. Same killer style and delivery! |

Have to agree with the above comments. Rockhead said it rightly : this ROCKS, even big time. It's hard, often fast, but always melodic ! Better than The Rods ever did ! Good one ! |
