If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Steelheart CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Steelheart are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Mr. Matijevic the lounge singer on this one, with backing orchestra renditions of some classics. I'm sure with the hands of time he has lost a octave or two, but he still sounds good here. His daughter also sings backing vocals on some of the tracks. It's surprising he has only released 2 mediocre Steelheart studio albums in almost 2 decades with his talent.(excluding Steel Dragon). This best of compilation is good for those laid back late night drives with some new arrangements. Steelheart's S/T debut was released on May 10, 1990 and eventually went Platinum. I'm not sure why HH has it listed as released in (1991). Mike's lucky to be walking around, as in 1992 he climbed a 1000lb lighting truss at a live show which then fell on his head at in concert breaking his nose, cheek bone, and memory loss. I wonder if that's where they came up with the idea for the movie Rock Star (2001) when Marky Mark took a header coming out on stage, and recovers with a bloody face as the show must go on.
